Soft serve parts were great. However the shipping was less tnan desirable. Was to deliver in 2-3 days, 10 days later it showed up. Not soft serve parts problem it was lost at the shipping facility

I need to order a part. Its 300$. When I go to pay…..$509. Try to find out why but can't find out. Had to not order the part. Can't trust them when the part price is so much different after order. There is no explanation or details on returning core just ads 200$ without details

The customer was interested in our remanufactured beater assembly which does sell for $319.00, but this item requires you to return your broken beater assembly. We charge a $200.00 core charge which is refunded when you return the broken beater. The price for a new beater assembly from Partstown is $1,572.51, you save $1,253.51 at Soft Serve Parts.
