I certainly can comfirm that Systemtreff offers good quality in productos. My gaming computer is flying at 100% and plus. It even came totally assembled only to connect to the power, the monitor and turn it on.
Great computer and fair price for its product aside of the 3 years garantie it offers.
If you are thinking in buying a new desktop Systemtreff is a wonderful choice to buy one.

The order took a while to be completed but i undestood the reason as it is summer and lots of people are on vacantion plus it was around primedays and they have prebuilt pc there aswell so they might have been full of orders, without the entire team available (about 2 weeks the build process and 3 days delievery time)
The PC came in perfect condition it was properly packed and didn't got damaged on transport or had any scratches.
The build looks clean, I didnt open it to check the cable management so i will give comments there on this.
After 1 week of testing it I can say that it works without any problems and I am happy with it
I recommand to check the ram settings in bios as I order faster ram and instead of 6000mhz it was set on 4800 or lower I forgot.

I love the computer that I ordered. It was a ready shopmade set-system, but option to change parts so I did some upscaling with some parts. The option to change parts even to shop made sets is something which I loved. Could take advantage of some "sale parts" but exchange the parts I deemed too weak to something better.
Extremely competitive prices, to my knowledge the best ones in whole Germany. Everything is just how it should be, but I take one star away because some of the things were not done.
Some BIOS settings were not optimal for the rig, I asked for specific system language, but it was still their default German (which i understand that it is much easier for them) and one of the fans spin a bit "loose" which is noticeable.
Also the order took several weeks, but this was due sick leaves in the company which is totally understandable, so it won't affect the rating. Would be solid 5 stars if those little things mentioned would have been done differently, but as they say "nobody is perfect", but still Systemtreff comes pretty damn close!

It is a really serious and very professional site. It is possible to find powerful configurations for a decent price, and systemtreff.de is in my opinion one of the best placed on the Net for the quality/price ratio.
Customer service support is real and relatively fast (emails)
A special mention to P. Danowski for his excellent relationship with clients.
PS: If there is one thing that would have been a +, it is to be able to contact an advisor before purchase.

Fantastic experience, received my product within the 6-8 WORK days as STATED. Here is my outlook:
-Delivery time/quality: The delivery took place on the 7th work day and the packaging was very good. The outer boxes were a bit damaged but that´s hardly an issue. The inside of the PC was filled with packaging to ensure the components attached to the motherboard didn´t damage the fragile pins by which they are connected, so very good on their part.
-Price: I make a very serious effort to find the best price to value for any big purchase, and boy is it amazing here. I got a powerful PC with i5-12400f, RTX 3080, 32 GB RAM, bequiet DX500 case with fans and asus Z690 motherboard with 2tb of SSD (1 TB nVME M2 and 1 TB 2,5 inch SSD) for just 1,900 euros. Considering Windows is installed and the PC comes built, this is an absolute steal. For these same specs, i´ve easily seen PCs on other websites go for 2500 at minimum.
-Customer Service/Trustability: This website is not some scam, and even if it were, your money would be protected by PayPal Kauferschutz. Customer service emails were answered within 2 days. For the people complaining that they never get a response: check your junk email, since I found a few emails there.
I rarely take time to write reviews, but the crazy amount of 1 stars really made me worried, and it was a surprise when everything ended up perfect.

I ordered a custom computer with some pretty high-end components. The production time was slightly longer than stated on the website (8 business days) and the delivery took 1 day, so really no issues there.
The computer was insulated well for transportation and there were no delivery issues.
Systemtreff was the cheapest option when I compared to other, similar services. The only real criticism is I couldn't find the actual component price on the website (in the configurator) - but rather, you see the base computer price and the difference per component (i.e. you are not selecting components from scratch, but rather 'upgrading' components from some arbitrary 'gaming-computer').
