Polite, knowledgeable, and helpful staff at the Birkenshaw showroom. No hard sell tactics. After purchase there were clear text communications about delivery, which was on time as promised. The delivery team were excellent, had the new sofas in, unwrapped and assembled in no time, with all wrappings taken away.

Ordered bedroom furniture at Designer Rooms store Braehead and accepted that I will need to wait 9 weeks for delivery as the furniture is ordered from Italy (fair enough) to then be told there would be a further charge of £100 for delivery and build when spending over £1000 thought was a bit cheeky …did advise that when ordering online the order would have qualified for free delivery - I was told can give you free delivery but the items will be flat packed ..so I’m afraid I won’t be back - thought the items were high end and great quality and did expect that the furniture would be delivery built but sadly not and now my furniture will be delivered in boxes …

Lovely shop and stock, bought a leather 3 seater 2 seater and chair from here but from day of delivery we were not happy with the way the piping on the sofa went as the first 2 seats the piping was in a straight line but the 3rd seat it drops 1 inches because we also bought the 5 Yr warranty we thought it would be sorted straight away but when the assessment was done the man patted and punched the seat to puff it up he said you wont ever get the piping in a straight line but the one in the showroom was perfect as the sofa is now only 6 weeks old i dread to think what it will look like in a couple of years, he then told us it wasnt a manufacturing fault so won't sort it so very disappointed with the customer service
