My first order was perfect. Item arrived earlier than I expected and exactly what it looked like online great quality and a great price. I ordered a chain from a different company. I saw on TikTok. It took me a month to receive an item did not look as it did online. I’ve just placed my second order on GLD and if everything goes the same as my first order, I’ll be ordering all my drip from GLD.
I had bought the wrong size bracelet and exchanged it for a large one. Once I sent it back I received an email saying it was going to be an additional $96 even though on the website all sizes were the same price. I contact the support team and they got it all figured out on within a hour on a Sunday evening. Great customer service.
Everything I see was good. I liked the jewelry. The necklaces were awesome ordering. It was quick and easy, I'm computer illiterate, but I was able to do it by myself and everything work out great, great service.

I have been buying jewelry from here since 2019. I have never had a problem with them, and have always highly recommended them to others. The past couple of years I have begun having issues from quality control, their "lifetime warranty," and their customer service. I have bracelets that have had their clasps break within a week of wearing them, rings that turn silver from yellow gold after a month, and more. Last night I ordered a chain and bracelet, immediately realized I ordered the wrong sized chain, and attempted to go cancel the order so I could reorder the correct size. There was no option in the confirmation email to cancel the order. As I type this, the order is still "processing" and has not shipped yet. Last night I chatted support, and they said they sent my inquiry to a live agent. This morning I learned that the order needed to be canceled within 2 hours. Even though I tried to cancel it immediately, I'm SOL. I have to wait for the order to arrive, request return information, pay a shipping/processing fee, ship it, wait for my refund, and THEN I can reorder. By that time whatever sale they have going on currently will not be happening. This is absolutely ridiculous, and y'all should be ashamed of how bad your customer service has gotten recently.

DO NOT BUY!!! I was so excited to receive my order after reading all the great reviews on this item. I ordered the Cuban Link Chain in Yellow Gold (5 mm), and when I received my order, I was highly disappointed. The chain literally feels and looks like plastic and has no weight to it at all. The yellow gold is also very "yellowish" shiny and cheap-looking. I understand that the prices are reasonable, but I feel as though a chain that was over $140 should at least be of decent quality. I will be returning.
