Andrea was very knowledgeable about the places we were interested in visiting and gave us honest help and advice. She took the time to listen to what we wanted, she didn't try to push an expensive holiday onto me I didn't want.

From the minute we walked into Travel House Cwmbran, our journey started. They listened to what was important to us as a family with a disabled child. They exceeded our expectations and found us not only a fabulous hotel but organised all the additional extras needed at the airport etc. Having been on the holiday, we came back to book another and all our needs/wants were remembered, so never had to explain what was important to us over and over again. I cannot explain how comfortable and at ease it was to book a holiday which can be extremely stressful with our Son. Craig and Team are an asset to The Travel House and I will never book elsewhere. Thank you is never enough 😃

Fab experience with Pete and high quality customer service to book a holiday to Canada for an amazing deal with amazing hotels and rooms - the itinerary was so so above what I thought was possible. Exceptional service (even when there we multiple things going on in branch at the same time!) and would always book my holidays through here going forwards

We have booked all our holidays with Travel House Cwmbran in recent years, including one this Saturday. Craig is fantastic, very knowledgeable about destinations and hotel resorts etc, and has found us great deals. Communication after booking by email is great and the currency exchange competitive.
