I'm a pro union lighting tech for 37 years now. What you ask for and what you see is what you get from UsedLighting. The only surprise is not returning or repairing what you order. Care is apparently taken to describe, price and ship all equipment they handle. In the unlikely event of an issue, I understand from other buyers their costumer service techs are all over it fast, and will make it right. I can count on UsedLighting prices to be fair market value or a great deal. Save time, money, and running around looking for a good deal on gear, when you can start, finish, and move forward fast by getting UsedLighting.

I ordered a couple used lights from this company. I received a call the next morning saying they were out of stock. They order me new lights from a nearby warehouse and gave me the new lights at the same price as the used lights to keep their word. It made my week!

Bought an Antari 700 Fogger (Fazer) unit. It arrived within a week, I put in some fog juice, and after warm up it produced smoke as expected. The unit is pretty quiet, it looks barely used - not a scratch on it. The remote was still wrapped up and not just thrown into the box. All in all a very good purchase at a decent price. I'm glad I discovered usedlighting.com.

Bought Three Movers and one was a total Lemon. got parts sent to us the nest day ( great service ) Techs were on it ,and responsive to the problem. In the end we were sent another fixture, at no charge to us, and the warranty was extended, great service. no real way to know what you are buying, but it was backed up by nice people who did not mess around on the service part.
