We got tickets not following viral recommendations from the Humorist. But, we entrance really soon to the palace trying to avoid any disruption.
I saw a new viral video from the protagonist saying t
hat some people stayed out by this web. My thinking was good because we suffered any problem. It is not my first time with viagogo without problems every time so I could recommend

I booked tickets though Viagogo. I received a confirmation of booking message and an order receipt which stated "paid by visa". I thought I had purchased the tickets.
Viagogo failed to process
my payment (my payment was not declined). Viagogo also failed to let me know that my payment hadn't been processed. Result - I lost my tickets.
I sent a succession of emails and received polite responses - none of them helpful.
I will not be attempting to book tickets using Viagogo again. A very poor level of service and an equally poor level of communication. Appalled!

I purchased one ticket for a concert abroad. The concert was postponed with less than 2 weeks notice. I'm already doing damage control for all my bookings. Postponement was for 15 months ahead. I tried relisting my ticket multiple times and it keeps failing. Chatted to their support over months waiting for a resolution. Constantly being told I'm either doing something wrong with the listing or it's because I can't send the paper listing out on time (15 months). I sent them a video of me creating the listing and asking for help and they just kept looping back to the problem being with me over months. So their system is set up to the original concert date and doesn't change to the new date, that's why new listings don't go live. For one, what business does that? And second, all those messages with them nobody admits that. They just keep saying to relist and do it right as I'm doing it wrong. Complete loss of finance and my sanity arguing with them.

Absolutely disgusting company to deal…

Absolutely disgusting company to deal with, we tried many times to contact them about our tickets to see Paul Smith, and they told us they could not give us our tickets three hours before the show, these clowns should not be allowed to operate, this is disgusting and has stuffed our whole night.

It's the first time, i did thise, i bay the ticket for my daughteras surprice i did not believe we get the tickets but they did!!! and the people to help on the foon wers wonderfull!! thank you so so mucht!! they had a wonderfull evening, the want and try to go for 5 years and finaly they were there!! THANK YOU ALL!! XXXX

Everything was OK

Everything was OK! Except one - we can't connect to Ticketmaster without local internet, but we found some good people, who shared wifi for us. In another way we'll be stuck!

Booking is easy

Booked to see Peter Kay. Got the confirmation email within a few minutes and the tickets on email a few days before the concert. No issues and simple to book. Would use them again.
