I was super lucky to find one ticket for my son and just 2 rows behind me and his dad. I had lost hope in him joining us but less than a week before I found and it was almost what we payed for ours.
However, until I had the ticket in hand ( in Ticketmaster account) I was panicking, as my friend also bought 4 tickets for her family and it turned out she was scammed. So I lucked out.

I was really weary about purchasing my tickets for Coldplay through a third party…however, I received an email a week before the show and the tickets were available by mobile transfer more than 72 hours before the show.
It was brilliant!

Ignore the bad reviews. This is a resale site and Viagogo cannot be blamed if the original seller cannot fulfil the order.
I bought Coldplay tickets. I had an email a week after buying them to say t
hat the original seller cannot fulfil the order. Viagogo apologised and gave me an option to buy some more, which I did. I also managed to speak to a Viagogo representative who was really pleasant and helpful.I got the tickets electronically via Ticketmaster from the original seller a couple of days before the event. Everything went through without any issues. Thank you 👍

This site is a hoax, they do not have available tickets. After you pay they notify that tickets may arrive 3 hours before the show and if it won't arrive they will refund you. In most of the reviews people say tickets are fake or not arrive at all. No cancellation option available, don't buy their service!!

DO NOT PURCHASE TICKETS ON VIAGOGO.

DO NOT PURCHASE TICKETS ON VIAGOGO.
I purchased tickets on viagogo, I was told tickets would be released the week of the event but I didn’t receive. Hours before the event viagogo emailed to say there’s an issue and offered a refund. The refund was minus fees so had wasted money on hotel and travel for an event that Viagogo had never had tickets for and paid fees. I’d avoid using these con artists.

VERY RISKEY

LONG STORY SHORT, THEY DO NOT OWN ANY TICKETS. THEY CONNECT YOU AND SOMEONE SELLING TICKETS SO IF THE "SELLER" DOES NOT COME THROUGH WITH THE TICKETS, YOU WILL BE OUT IN THE COLD. IF THEIR SELLER GETS A BETTER OFFER FOR THEM BETWEEN THE TIME THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THE DELIVERY OF THE TICKETS (WHICH CAN BE UP TO 2 HOURS BEFORE THE EVENT), YOU WILLBE OUT IN THE COLD.
Now for the details of the story. If interested, keep reading, it's a long one.
This is one time where their fine print of the terms and conditions page keeps them from being sued.
We bought tickets for the NCAA Volleyball Final Four and Championship sessions.....an "All Sessions" tickets. Two day event, Thursday and Sunday.

We got the tickets for Day one and thought everything was fine. We spent Friday and Saturday in Louisville KY only to get screwed out of our tickets for the Championship Sunday. Not only did it ruin our adult kids Christmas but we spent two additional days in a hotel, meals, entertainments, etc. only to learn that at 2:30 am Sunday, they could not deliver on the tickets and said we could start the refund process.
I spoke with 5 different agents between Friday morning and Saturday night and were told each time they were trying to contact the seller. After we talked tom someone Sunday on our way home about getting a refund, he said they would send it to their department for review. As it turned out, since the hometown team won their SF match and made it to the Finals, the demand was way up along with prices for the locals. Our seller (or Viagogo) got more money for our 4 tickets and left us hanging out to dry.

They said they would give us back a 50% refund and there are no reimbursement costs forthcoming for our two days between match sessions. At that time, I was told they only refund to a PayPal account (which, until now, I did not have) or directly to my checking account. Since I had zero trust left with the company, I created a PayPal account and submitted the information to get the refund which could take 10 +/- business days.
Our 10 days were upon 1/3/25, so I sent another emails checking on it. A different agent responded and said we were eligible for a 25% Viagogo credit for future purchase. I lost my shit and sent them another blast and started to gather up information on legal action when the next reply was from one of the nice agents I talked through Sunday and he said "....my colleague spoke out of turn and our refund was being processed......"
The next email is hilarious as it said they can ONLY issue refunds (see above) to our credit card used for purchase (to avoid fraud) and it could take 3-5 days depending on the credit card company.
Our credit card finally settled the refund 4 weeks after the event and 4 months after they charged us for the tickets.

This note below is kinda crap......

Once a buyer purchases a ticket on viagogo they are protected by the viagogo guarantee which provides for a suitable replacement or a full refund in the event of the wrong ticket being provided, failure to gain entry after producing a ticket purchased on our platform or failure to have the ticket arrive on time for the ...

KEEP IN MIND THEY NEVER OWN OR OBTAIN ANY OF THESE TICKETS. THEY ARE A BROKER THAT TAKES CUSTOMER'S MONEY THEN TRIES TOSOURCES THE TICKETS ANBD THE SUITABLE REFUND PART IS WHATEVER THEY DECIDE!!!!

I would not even give this company 1…

I would not even give this company 1 star.
Received our tickets for Strictly Come Dancing . The tickets were in someone else's name. The cost of the tickets were 95.00 but the price on the tickets were 35.00.

You cannot speak to anyone other than a virtual assistant. I wanted to cancel and get a refund . Apparently you can't cancel and was told we can sell on. Who in their right minds would buy a 35.00 ticket from us at 95.00.

Be careful of what you Buy from this company

As I was heading to Madrid , I browsed Viagogo for a Real Madrid game , on 12/25/2012 I found a game listed as Real Madrid vs Granada CF . I purchased two tickets for a total price of € 583.34

On Saturday January 4th I received an email from Viagogogo saying about an update to the event characteristics concerning the order.

To my surprise the mail reads that the event was updated to a female soccer game and this was obviously not detailed originally .

I was not able to resell the tickets and lost the money , obviously because from day one Viagogo’s was hiding the real game (seems a deceit to me )
