I was super lucky to find one ticket for my son and just 2 rows behind me and his dad. I had lost hope in him joining us but less than a week before I found and it was almost what we payed for ours.
However, until I had the ticket in hand ( in Ticketmaster account) I was panicking, as my friend also bought 4 tickets for her family and it turned out she was scammed. So I lucked out.

I was really weary about purchasing my tickets for Coldplay through a third party…however, I received an email a week before the show and the tickets were available by mobile transfer more than 72 hours before the show.
It was brilliant!

Ignore the bad reviews. This is a resale site and Viagogo cannot be blamed if the original seller cannot fulfil the order.
I bought Coldplay tickets. I had an email a week after buying them to say t
hat the original seller cannot fulfil the order. Viagogo apologised and gave me an option to buy some more, which I did. I also managed to speak to a Viagogo representative who was really pleasant and helpful.I got the tickets electronically via Ticketmaster from the original seller a couple of days before the event. Everything went through without any issues. Thank you

This site is a hoax, they do not have available tickets. After you pay they notify that tickets may arrive 3 hours before the show and if it won't arrive they will refund you. In most of the reviews people say tickets are fake or not arrive at all. No cancellation option available, don't buy their service!!

Smooth transaction, no problem, NOT fraud

Normally i wouldn't bother write a review, but i saw viagogo's rate is really low and some people think the site is fraud because they didn't get their tickets. First of all, if you didn't get your tickets, it's because seller didn't send it. Viagogo tells you in the beginning: "You are buying tickets from a third party, viagogo is not the ticket seller."

I don't exactly know what kind of guarantees they're giving on buying, becuse i'm seller, but they force you to require a credit card to list your tickets, and they say "if you don't send tickets on time, we may charge your credit card to buy tickets for buyer."

It seems there shouldn't be any problem but they have really low rate and much complaints. So i think source of all these complaints is careless/insufficent customer service -even though their responses to me was on time-.
If they improve it, they'd be great.

I have sold and get paid for 4 tickets (that means 2 more guys who didn't write a review -therefore you don't see- are actually happy with viagogo's service).
Payment was fast. They say it would take 5-8 days but i get it on 4th, even more it was Sunday.

It was a pleasure.

Crooks - take your money and don't deliver tickets

One day before my daughter is due to see the Artic Monkeys our tickets had not arrived. Having spent nearly two hours trying to contact Viagogo by email and on the phone I have received an email saying they did not have the tickets. they have had £175 of my money for the tickets since July and would not had previously emailed me to say the tickets had been sent. The worst ticket agency I have ever used. The tickets were purchased for my daughters 16th birthday present and she is totally devastated. Thanks for nothing Viagogo. I don't suppose you will pay me the interest you have earnt on my money over the last 4 months!

MESS UP

I AM ATTENDING THE JESSIE J CONCERT ON TUESDAY 29 OCTOBER. I PURCHASED SOME REALLY EXPENSIVE TICKETS THROUGH YOU AND AS I AM TRAVELLING TODAY I CHANGED THE DELIVERY ADDRESS TO MY LONDON HOTEL A WEEK AGO THROUGH THE CHANGE DELIVERY ADDRESS OPTION IN MY ACCOUNT. I NOW NOTE FROM YOUR EMAIL THAT YOU ARE DELIVERING THE TICKETS TO MY INTERNATIONAL ADDRESS AND YOU NOTE THE HOTEL AS THE BILLING ADDRESS !!! I CANNOT REACH YOU BY EMAIL OR PHONE AND I WILL NOT RECEIVE THE TICKETS IN TIME. VERY DISAPPOINTED...

Really dissapointed!!!

I sold various tickets on September through the website called Viagogo with around 500 pounds but I haven't still got my payment back. Apparently in my account it seems to be everything alright so I don´t understand why I haven´t received my money yet if in their web site says that you will receive the payment after a maximum of 8 days after the performance.

The customer service is worthless because I also tried to contact with them twice 2 weeks ago ( via email), but none reply at all.

I feel really dissapointed and frustated because I don´t know whom I have to contact in order to sort my problem. I don't know what they are doing with my money!!!!

Dear Daniel,

Thanks for getting in touch - you should be paid for the tickets you sold 8 days after the event if everything went smoothly for your buyer.

Please could you send us the transaction IDs so that we can look into this and ensure you get your payment?

Many thanks,
viagogo

You didn't let me down.

Receive notice when tickets was sent and followed tracking all the way using the excellent UPS system. Will you delivery second time around?

Would like to see an e mail address and telephone display on your website that everyone can see please?

Regards,
Chris Johnson.

Painless and easy

I used viagogo for tickets for the europa league final in amsterdam, and everything worked out perfect. My tickets were pricey considering the face value were €70, I paid over €200 for each ticket, but I guess that's be expected. The process was so easy that I didn't mind paying, because of how bad I wanted to go. I used PayPal just to be safe and chose the tickets which could be picked up on the event day. Arrived at the crown plaza amsterdam at the time given to me and I was in and out in literally 5 minutes. The next time I need European football tickets I won't hesitate to use viagogo again, and I will recommend the site to everyone else as well.

Easily reliable: You get better than what you expect

So I needed to get a ticket for the 2013 Europa League Final between Benfica and Chelsea, but didn't know how things worked with Viagogo. I took my chances because it seemed secure enough, although I was affraid I wouldn't get my ticket in time. Luckily, they told me when and where to collect it. All I needed to do was to bring my ID and a printed copy of the email they sent me saying my transaction was confirmed. I looked for a Viagogo representative at the lobby (I literally asked the receptionist where he was), and this representative sent me to a room in which some really cool people were taking care of that business with a few more Benfiquistas. It was a quick, simple and easy process. Plus, de seat was better than what I thought. I was seated next to a lot of Chelsea fans though, but it was a great match nonetheless and I know I'll count on Viagogo again.

Slick operation - friendly personal reception

I cannot say anything except the fact that the whole process of ordering and then collecting the tickets in Amsterdam was excellent.

Not a criticism but a suggestion if possible: I could not work out in any way in which actual sector my seats would be located. That may be because the actual allocation takes place later. It would have made it that much better if the info on ordering could specify where the seats actually were.

I shall be back for more.

Do not trust Viagogo!

I bought a ticket for an event which is tomorrow and I have still not gotten my tickets and not even a reply to my emails to Viagogo! What's the point of putting a phone number on the website if you don't intend to have human being answering them? And if you can't deliver the tickets, then have the courtesy to tell me early enough so that I can find ticket elsewhere (and obviously not through your website again!). Wonder why Viagogo is still in business?!
