worst ever - all signed up then get to the end- states there a super low rating and no connection with program I had signed up for. Impossible to connect with what they said i would get also impossible to stop and get money back

I am now 75 and because of a lower back problem not as mobile as I would like to be. I have found that doing these exercises every morning that I’m feeling that bit more flexible, there are a couple of exercises I have trouble with but I know I’m getting better at them, because it is only five minutes exercise I have done it every day, and now it is part of my morning routine

Give it a go it only takes five minutes,you’ll feel the benefits straight away

I am now 75 and because of a lower back problem not as mobile as I would like to be. Enjoy the app...I find this easy to…

Enjoy the app...I find this easy to use, motivating, and also it pushes me just a little. I can do a 15 minutes work out and not fret about "taking too much time." It also sort of starts easy and before you know it, you are done and feeling good. I highly recommend it.

Scammers taking unauthorised renewal payment six time the cost of the original trial payment. Do not use this company - ever !!

To make things easier for our users, subscriptions automatically renew, so there's no need to manually update your plan. We offer trial periods so the users can try or app. Once the trial expires, the subscription renews at the regular price.

BEWARE‼️

I don't like that you can not use the…

I don't like that you can not use the app on your computer . It would make it way easier to fallow. I do like the way you ease myself into the exercises and stretches.

I just signed up for the month but cannot start my programme as my back is gone into spasm and I’m not mobile can I delay starting or will I lose out

I am not understanding what my plan is…

I am not understanding what my plan is and how I will reach my goal...I had noted my experience to be Medium, but everything I try seems too easy... how long are the classes on avg.? Some seem 7min others 28min.

Your personal plan can be found on the 'Home page' - 'Workout of the day'. The plan typically starts with shorter, gentler workouts to help your body gradually adjust to physical activity. As you progress, the workouts will become more challenging.

However, if you feel that the current intensity is too easy for you and you're ready to take on a more intense workout, you're welcome to adjust the settings. Simply open the Plan Settings and modify your yoga level, desired practice duration, and other preferences.

The app also offers variety of other yoga and pilates related practises. You're free to incorporate them into your daily routine.

I am what I call partially handicap.

I am what I call partially handicap.
I have severe pain issues and am unable to walk any distance without a cane. Just realize extreme pain is my normal state of existence. The exercises cause me pain, however, I can feel it is a pain that will help me in the future. The movements are slow and so far I can handle them, and see they are helping. Up to you, it works for me.

It’s a great app but needs more explanation on how it works.

It’s a great app but I’m not sure how I’m actually supply to use it.
It says I can stop the video any time in need if I need time. Am I supposed to stop the video and do each of the stretches longer then move on or do I just follow the video. I see that each lesson gets a few minutes longer. I set my goals to lose about 10 lbs and can’t see that happening in 30 days. Also I indicated I had knee issues. Like a total replacement 14 months ago. It does not seem to take that into my program. Remember I’m 70 years old. We don’t catch onto this stuff like the kids do. All in all it is getting my stretching.

First of all, the app allows you to pause the video if you need more time for certain exercise or repetitions. But if the suggested time is sufficient for you, there's no need to pause the workout.

The plan typically starts with shorter, gentler workouts to help your body gradually adjust to physical activity. As you progress, the workouts will become more challenging.

As for weight loss, it's definitely a personal journey, and while the app can suggest possible timeframes, the pace really depends on various factors that are unique to you. We're sorry to hear about your health issues.
