Invictus Games: Highlighting the role of sport in recovery
GET TO KNOW TEAM AUSTRALIA | Meet Tricia Reynolds - a former serving Air Force veteran. From lacrosse and basketball to Muay Thai kickboxing, Tricia’s love for sports has always been fierce. When complications from a hip reconstruction meant she had to learn to walk again, her sporting focus shifted. Through adaptive sport, Tricia has refound her passion for keeping active, picking up archery and wheelchair sports in the process.
For Tricia, competing for Team Australia at the @invictusgames25 is all about pushing limits, finding community, and, of course, rocking that team tracksuit. Hear more about her journey with sport.

GET TO KNOW TEAM AUSTRALIA | Meet Luke McCallum - a former serving Navy veteran. After a serious helicopter injury and amputation, Luke found his strength and purpose through sport. From indoor rowing to wheelchair Aussie rules, adaptive sports became his path to recovery—helping him feel mentally strong, become a more present dad, and reminding him he’s never alone.
Over in Canada at @invictusgames25, Luke will be competing in Indoor rowing, skeleton and wheelchair curling. Watch his story.
