I am frequent traveller of Emirates Airlines travelling globally on Business trips. I have noticed even in the tough period of the COVID Pandemic, Emirates Airlines Service is outstanding.
Not only the Flight punctuality, safety points view, Cabin crews service but even the Customer Service is always served at their best of best level, does not matter if we are in any corner of the world. And I believe it’s true..... if you wanna great fly experience then “FLY EMIRATES” 😊

The app is slow responding due to of tracking the user browsing with playing fees as all flights doing. App needs to change completely as same other famous flight. Really shame when i see fly emirates website is old too, there is no action to develop the homepage. When i see I remember before 10 years browser even flydubai app and website are better. They are modern. Please develop your application with stop tracking with cookies there is no option to close, by force u have too and website especially really. Moreover, so difficult to get miles with emirates with credit card or traveling so costly. I will stop using emirates soon. Etihad Airways are more friendly for extend miles, upgrading seat free and more miles coming from credit and modern website with application. On the other hand, emirates no you have to pay for extending. In your dream if they give free upgrade, saying to people is fully booked so you pay more after that im checking there is a lot of seats, how i said they are tracking so to avoid this dont search flight first choose place where you want and then search with direct book. Thank you just want help other users.

I travel a lot and use many airline apps. Emirates App is so bad. I would say that 50% of the bookings that I try to make are sent back to the initial booking page with a “technical error” message. For an airline that charges excessively, and boasts about its state of the art capabilities, this has been happening for a few years, post-Covid and, despite updates, it still remains the same.

Today, for example, I tried repeatedly to book a business class ticket and each time received a “technical error” message with “please try later”.
So I went to the Emirates office where I was told that it is not possible to pay online for same day travel. For sure this is not true, but even if it was true, why wasn’t I told this when I was on the App?

I then spent 3 hours at the office trying to book the same flights and only made it to the airport 90 mins before take-off.; their system was down for 1 hour, they could only accept transfer payment from one bank (you have to open a bank account with their bank to transfer?), then when I paid by credit card and received a sms from my bank that the payment had been made, it took them one hour to release the ticket. The level of stress involved was unacceptable.

And try to get anyone to answer a complaint? Forget it, been using them for 20 years and not once has anyone called me! Not once.
