I've been wanting a multicooker for ages but waited until there was money off the one I wanted. Got an absolute bargain and was delivered the next day even though I ordered on the weekend. Such a great product cheaper to run than the oven and I don't need to have a separate airfryer or slow cooker taking up room in my kitchen. It's also great because you can set the timer and it will turn off incase like me you forget you have something cooking. Bit daunting at first but great once you know what to do.

Service was amazing, I checked the delivery timescales on the website and because I was ordering late on a Saturday, was expecting to wait until Tuesday before receipt. Nope had it by 11.07 Sunday morning!!! I even signed up to the newsletter because om interested in something else and got 10% off the order. The item was well packed, took it out and after a quick wash away I went. It's my first airfryer so I'm still finding my feet but the device is easy to use and just as described, I would def recommend and will look to order direct going forward as long as the price remains competitive.

I love Ninja products, so much so that I have a kitchen full of them (plus a couple of spares in the loft!!). Ninja are head and shoulders above other small appliance manufacturers in my opinion, their products are clever, innovative, stylish, energy efficient and make cooking so easy, enjoyable and fun. I even sold my cooker and basically use my Ninjas for everything. On top of that their customer service is second to none! Most appliances are delivered within 24-48 hours of ordering, they give a 2 year guarantee on their products and any issues or faults are dealt with quickly and efficiently with no quibbles or fuss. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

This is my experience of the Ninja Sizzle Grill. The non stick plates are not non-stick.
Purchased for £125 in November 2024 used about 6 times heated full and eggs, bacon, steaks all stick.
Seasoned and conditioned plates but still stick.
Contacted company and the results will be published here. Very dissapointed at the moment.

I ordered the wrong size replacement pot by mistake. An email to the company explaining resulted in the correct pot being despatched same day and a free returns label for the wrong pot. I fully expected to pay the cost of return as it was my error so I was naturally delighted.

Big fan of ninja as own air frier ninja foodi outdoor bbq ice cream maker knives and just bought frying pan. All exceptional quality and couldn’t do without them.

X2 Ninja Thirsti 700 ml Travel Bottle
Product looks amazing, maintains cold drinks for longer better than hot drinks, probably durable but not tested by me and has large capacity.
Doesn't fit into my car cup holder (very annoying), coffee got lukewarm within 10hrs (Sony bottle maintained heat for 15hrs) and its nothing different from other bottles apart from the 5 Yrs Guarantee.

Bought my first aid fryer at 30 pounds off x always very sceptical but am a convert ! Only tried jackets chips sausage bacon and now steak (perfect) even a pukka pie x now got my head round that it’s not all singing and dancing but rather a small oven ehich is quicker and where you would use oil you only need a very small bit or none at all x easy to clean and will be great in our motorhome when we set off again

As always Ninja are the best. My new pan is superb and I wouldn't buy another brand of pans anywhere. I ordered this pan at approximately 4pm and it was delivered by 1030 the next day. Brilliant service from Ninja Shark.

Loving the brand quality, 6th purchase, started with air fryer,then a second one. Smoothie maker, bbq, knife set, latest purchase is the wok. Next will be the saucepans.

Purchased the ninja thirtsi after a family recommendation. I am delighted with the quality, and more importantly it keeps my sparkling water lovely and cold and the fizz does not reduce. Very happy customer.

The customer service provided by Ninja is simply amazing. We have bought a food processor, air fryer, knifes, pans, pizza oven, slow cooker and bbq....why because the products, delivery and aftercare is unrivaled. Where we have encountered issues these have been dealt with efficiently and to the highest standard. That is why we keep coming back!

I have recently bought an air fryer and I found the online ordering easy and efficient. I ordered on Saturday morning and it was delivered by Sunday lunchtime and I received messages to keep me informed of its progress.

Very easy ordering system and very fast delivery (arrived next day for me). The air fryer is exactly what I wanted and is very easy to use. The design is just right, not overly complicated and not too simple. I've only tried it on frozen food so far but it cooked them perfectly, the crisp was great!

We have had a number of products from Ninja. Their knife and block set is brilliant these are without doubt the best knives I have ever used. The Ninja airfryer with probe has made our built in oven virtually redundant and finally the ceramic pans are brilliant nothing at all sticks to them. It's Ninja everytime now for my cooking needs

I purchased a Ninja Zerostick Essentials 24cm frying pan and a Ninja Zerostick 30cm large sauté pan with lid. The quality of the product was good however they damaged my ceramic hob. After many emails, images and returning the pans Ninja stated that the pans had been slid across the hob and caused the damage. Obviously I disagreed as I have used heavy pans previously (Woll and Le Creuset) without any damage. I did not slide the product across the hob. I was sent a full refund however the marks/damage made to the hob remains.
Conclusion: think very carefully before purchasing this product for use on a ceramic hob (or perhaps induction) on a gas hob there shouldn’t be an issue. I would not purchase a Ninja product again.

I ordered my ceramic frying pan on a Saturday evening and it was delivered on the Sunday morning; I was surprised at how quickly it was delivered! It’s a lovely pan and completely non stick. I was impressed with the quality and style for the price. I’m very pleased with my purchase!

These are excellent quality pots and very well made. They are a breeze to clean, hold heat brilliantly and makes cooking effortless. Two small things that takes away from 5 stars is that the lid handles are not heta resistant so you need something protective and the small sauce pan is a bit too light for the heavy handle, so can tip over easily when not filled

I initially bought the 28cm essentials frying pan and was sufficiently impressed to follow up this purchase a week later with the 3 piece essentials pan set. An added bonus was that I managed to catch the set on the last day of the January sale. Delivery was next day and the packaging was exemplary. I am already planning future cookware purchases. The only difficulty is knowing what to buy next. Great products!
