The cooker-top ‘Italian’ style coffee maker I bought doesn’t make very much coffee. This is because all the water in the reservoir doesn’t boil off. As a result there is always about one third of the water remaining in the reservoir.

Was given so much help regarding the knives I was buying. She gave so informative and knowledgeable about the products- it wasn’t about buying the most expensive item but the one that felt most comfortable to use. Could not have been more helpful.

The service in the shop was excellent. The sales assistant was knowledgeable and helpful. Her advice was valuable but she wasn’t intrusive or pushy. The range available was superb.

We spoke to the assistant as we knew what we wanted. She advised us and then suggested something else that was perfect for our needs. She listened and interacted with us, making sure we were happy with our purchase. She was friendly, helpful and informed making our visit great. We don’t know her name but she was brilliant!

Great service every item was discussed in detail nothing was a problem. It was great to be able to ask questions about my concerns. The staff were very knowledgeable and even though the shop was extremely busy at the time , the staff still took time to explain things in great detail. Will definitely be back and will be recommending it to family and friends .

Staff are very knowledgeable about the products in their store and the knives I purchased are great. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the knives are sharp and lightweight for me to handle but sturdy. I also bought a similar set for my daughter some time ago and she also loves them. Highly recommend.

I was looking for a high quality knife set as a gift. Whilst I browsed the various knife sets, staff were helpful in guiding me, asking about my specific needs and directing me to the right products. The staff were very knowledgeable and extremely personable in their manner. Overall a very pleasant experience.

The staff member was really helpful without being intrusive. She gave me lots of tips, and explained the merit of individual items. She was experienced in product knowledge and assisted in helping me make the right choice in my cooking utensil. I enjoyed my first visit to the store, the presentation and layout of the store was excellent. I will certainly call again.

The lady who served us (I think she was the manager) was so helpful and patient. She spent quite a bit of time explaining the difference between the saucepan sets etc and worked with us to provide the make-up of pots and pans which we wanted.

We were very impressed and she was a breath of fresh air with her approach.

This was my first ever time in a ProCook shop and I found the whole experience to be very positive. Staff were very welcoming and friendly and very helpful. I definitely will be back.
