Returned an item which without any problem was immediately replaced. Highly recommended shop with knowledgeable helpful staff.

In the bath shop

In the bath shop.

It is clean and well stocked
But I was over charged and paid by cash. When I returned the lady said I couldn't have the difference back because company policy is not to refund f paid in cash on cash purchase.
Asked for a voucher no
Asked for a credit note no
I have never heard something so silly.
I had to buy something else so she took the difference off.
Will I shop in store again. : NO

Great shop

Great shop, great selection of baking and cooking utensils, decent pricing, very tidy shop, super friendly staff…one of my favourite shops in Bath!

Given some items out of stock in warehouse the shop manager offered to deliver himself from store stock. Above and beyond!

Knife sharpener

I wanted to buy a device for sharpening knives. I had expert advice from an assistant in the Bath shop. He explained how to use the different types. I have just had my kitchen knives professionally sharpened and learnt that a ceramic edge should keep the new honed edge sharp. Very helpful.

BATH STORE EXPERIENCE.

Initially went into the store to buy a knife sharpener/steel. Then we started looking at knives and knife sets. An assistant approached to ask if help was needed. He then gave detailed info on the various knives on show. At no time did he try to persuade us to buy the dearest ones, but more for the use we had for them and ease of sharpening. It was such a nice experience that we ended up wandering around the store buying several other items too. Can highly recommend this store in Bath.

We bought a set of new kitchen knives…

We bought a set of new kitchen knives the gentleman serving us was very helpful explaining all the differences to help us make a choice. We also bought other kitchen items from another gentleman who again was really helpful

1 till was being used to serve another…

1 till was being used to serve another customer and a gentleman came from down stairs to serve me. The gentleman then went back downstairs to get me an item in a box.

Great selections for the kitchen

Procook is a shop not to be missed if you are looking for a special present for a cook or anyone that enjoys cooking. They have a wonderful variety of products which are well presented and the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful.
The shop also sends out regular email posts of special offers or new products that might be of interest

Excellent

Excellent, helpful service and advice from a very knowledgeable young man. I got exactly what I wanted and was able to ask lots of questions. The products are all of high quality, ProCook is my favourite cook shops, I would highly recommend.

Great service!

We visited ProCook in Bath on 9th October. We had such a positive experience. There is a great selection of well made kitchen utensils. The gentleman who served us was polite, friendly and extremely helpful. We didn’t feel rushed or pushed into buying and we are very happy with our purchases and the service we received. We would definitely recommend for all kitchen needs.

ProCook shopping in Bath
