The term bittersweet is often used to evoke beautiful melancholy, but at Falafel Café there is no sadness to the interplay between bitter walnuts and sweet pomegranate in the fesenjan stew. 続きを見る

Straight up Persian food. Not evident from the name. Hummus, tabouleh salad, maust moosir yogurt, tenderloin sultani. Excellent food!

With items such as the kashk-o-bademjan -- eggplant cooked down to its silky essence, topped with crispy shallots of cream and whey -- it may be better to forget about the falefel. 続きを見る

I was disappointed there were only two falafel options. Neither had much falafel on it. It was rather expensive for what you get. I felt more like I was eating a lettuce wrap than falafel :/

Service was quite slow for lunch. It took an hour to get lunch and for $10 I was still hungry. Food was just ok.
