We are seeking a passionate engineer to strengthen our Product Quality Team, who needs to own IOS UI and test-related knowledge and skills to set up the CQA test for iPad. We expect you to bring effective test content design to the final quality assurance test and SW debugging capability to the team. As a quality engineer, manufacturing quality excursion management ability is also required
Description
Manage CQA (Customer Quality Assurance) lab setup, SOP, and operation to monitor product outgoing performance
In charge of overlay creation/management, SW debug, UI issue solution pathfinding, and new feature test procedure design in NPI/MP phases
Bridge and coordinate work activities between Quality and Core-OS/TE/SW team to improve product quality and ensure effective quality test
Audit multiple Apple contractor manufacturers’ CQA lab operation compliance and consensus
Monitor product CQA performance and drive failure analysis to understand the root cause for problem fixing, lead cross-functional team to manage the quality excursion
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Electronic related field
- Minimum 3 years of quality or test-related working experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

- Highly motivated and able to drive closure of issues across cultures
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to concisely understand and communicate issues, and manage a team to solve are required
- Ability to multi-task, balancing daily activities with project-related activities
- SW/UI development or test-related background is preferred, especially IOS or MacOS experience in Swift and Xcodes is a plus
- Knowledge of Python/SQL coding is a plus
- Project experience related to Machine Learning and AI is a plus
