The iPhone System HW team is seeking an enthusiastic engineer intern to work on the iPhone system HW validation and test. The ideal candidate will work directly on board level test optimization and automation for next generation of iPhones, learning the world class HW design and chip functional testing process in embedded devices with the state-of-art silicons.
Description
- Develop automation testing platform from the scratch based on our current testing process in the factory to increase accuracy and efficiency
- Develop factory test data analysis algorithm and improve test specification definition
- Deploy and integrate the automation and data analysis platform into the field
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, HW Electronic Engineering or other related engineering discipline
- Solid Python development and data processing background
- Good learning capabilities and get deep into the details
- 4 ~ 6 months internship commitment is required, starting no later than 2025 March
Key Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant SW development or HW testing experience in semiconductor industry
- Understand HW schematics and silicon data sheets
- Basic knowledge of internet protocols like SSH, HTTP etc.
- Experience with machine learning application is a big plus
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Fluency in both written and verbal English
