We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated professional to join our team as a Maintenance Supervisor. This individual will oversee maintenance operations to ensure optimal performance across facilities and support key initiatives that drive operational excellence.
Description
The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for key maintenance deliverables and oversight of maintenance technicians. The role will report to the SCV Maintenance Manager.
Supervise and lead maintenance team, including meeting with team members regularly to provide direction, mentoring, constructive feedback, and delivering performance evaluations.
Provide Maintenance Manager with reports on Maintenance team performance and backup.
Partner with several service departments throughout the organization to help support their teams.
Oversee maintenance team service tickets audits (monthly, quarterly, and yearly) to review trends and help prevent future issues.
Communicate, review and approve quotes and invoices assigned by the Facilities Service Center.
Support budget planning and tracking.
Track and monitor quality of deliverables, and address issues effectively and efficiently.
Conducts daily walks/inspections of work assigned to technicians and vendors.
Ensures technicians close out work orders in a timely manner.
Participates in ongoing management/technical skill development training programs
Ensures compliance to all federal, state, and local laws and company policies.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations.
Receives and resolves complaints and/or requests concerning the maintenance and repair of buildings.
Monitor maintenance team inventory of materials and equipment.
Turn in and approve timecards for direct reports.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent, with technical training courses or technical school background.
- Demonstrated communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Self-driven initiative to implement best practices in building maintenance.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.

- Experience using Apple products, Box, and Tririga.
- Strong leadership, including team development and coaching.
- Knowledge of construction and maintenance safety protocols.
- Familiarity with inventory management and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Success in managing multiple projects and priorities.
