Watch Ecosystem EPM will be participating in design and leading development of Watch Bands from concept to mass production, your goal is to ensure all deliverables are met, shipped according to the given timeline, and collect all critical engineering data to support development activities.

Description

As Apple Watch Ecosystem EPM, you will be instrumental in the design and development of Watch Bands from conception to mass production. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading Project Development: Oversee the entire watch band development process, ensuring timely delivery of all projects. - Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, engineering, and manufacturing teams to achieve project goals. - Timeline Management: Monitor project progress, identify potential bottlenecks, and implement strategies to meet tight deadlines. - Data Collection: Collect and analyses critical engineering data to support development activities, optimize processes, and enhance product quality. - Work with Apple teams and vendors to define build plan, budget. - Drive day-to-day engineering build activities at vendor’s factory to meet overall program objectives. - Provide timely issue resolution and critical path management - Enable the development efforts by creating and monitoring an efficient streamlined process between Apple teams and vendors

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years of project management experience in consumer electronics industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Management
  • Knowledge of product development and general manufacturing processes
  • Effective communication in both English and Mandarin
  • Willingness to travel (~40%)
