We are seeking an experienced leader to drive the beats business in China. This pivotal role is responsible for the success of our local market strategy, aligning brand and channel efforts, and fostering strong relationships with partners. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic vision, financial acumen, operational expertise. The role will be based in Beijing or Shanghai.

Description

- Strategy Development: Partner with local market leadership to develop and implement a comprehensive China strategy that aligns with the company’s overall business objectives. Ensure brand and channel investment supports those goals. - Financial Stewardship: Develop a deep understanding of channel partner economics and marketing spend. Ensure beats is maximizing its investment in market - Partnership Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with local sales leads and channel partners to drive revenue growth and market penetration. Adapt global brand campaigns with local market partners and identify opportunities with partners at key global moments. - Business Performance & Reporting: Monitor and analyze brand and sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management and making data-driven decisions to optimize results. - Operational Excellence: Streamline and optimize business operations, ensuring efficiency and scalability across the region. Oversee the implementation of best practices and standardized processes where applicable. - Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, PR, and product management to ensure alignment and support for channel initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 10 years experience in finance role with deep understanding of P&L and experience with brand and channel economics
  • Bilingual English and Mandarin
  • Willingness to work in Beijing or Shanghai

  • Demonstrated knowledge of headphone category
  • A proven track record of successful business management in China market, including but not limited to navigating local regulations, understanding consumer behavior, and managing business relationships etc.
