We are looking for a dynamic, dedicated and highly-motivated Intern to join the team. As a Business Planning Intern, you will be assigned to one particular project which will have immediate impact to support and contribute to the success and growth of Apple Media Products business.
You will work with local business lead to develop narrative and insights, and drive key growth programs from ideation to execution around Apple’s key subscription businesses in collaboration with both regional and global cross-functional team members.

Description
This role will support Apple’s first party subscription services that work across multiple lines of business including Apple Music, Apple TV+, Apple Arcade and iCloud, and is expected to:
- Analyze top to bottom of the funnel, broader customer journey and area of growth for Apple’s subscription business which requires both qualitative and quantitative analysis. You will also have opportunities to develop narratives around your analysis, assessment and present it to internal key partners, and eventually work with respective team for execution
- Optimize acquisition programs through offering ideation and development of strategic recommendations based on data driven insights and strategies to engage with customers
- Collaborate with a broad range of teams in different timezones, including business, analytics and marketing teams
- Be a vital and impactful member of the team, and every day will be different, challenging yet exciting
Minimum Qualifications
- Business Level Proficiency in Japanese and English
- Either currently or for the entirety of internship, enrolled in degree level education
- Be physically present and able to commute to our Tokyo, Roppongi Hills office for the duration of the program
- A dedication to work at least 3 months full time, and 3 months with a couple of days per week for a total duration of 6 months

- Communication skills - Possess the ability to sell ideas and acquire agreements with multiple layer of individuals and teams
- Passion in entertainment content and industry - our product is to deliver fun, unique, quality experience to our customers
- A desire to get to the essence of subjective matter
- Candidates from all education backgrounds are encouraged to apply. Background in the same/similar business sector, study of business, economics and/or marketing are plus but not required
