The Greater China R&D Office is looking for a dynamic team member to join the business development team to program manage a variety of strategic projects. This is an exciting opportunity for the right individual to make an impact on future AIML and software features, and technology capability planning for Apple in the region.

Description

Ongoing project management of strategic cross-functional projects, related but not limited to development, go-to-market, regulatory mitigation of AIML and software features, and future technology in Greater China. Communicate, collaborate and align with internal stakeholders and external partners for project tracking, execution and escalation as appropriate. Provide timely issue resolution and critical path/risk assessment management. Facilitate excellent communication and multiple levels of status updates, across a wide spectrum of stakeholders from individual contributors to executive management.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related engineering disciplines.
  • Experience: A minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience, preferably in project / program management.
  • Project Management: Proven track record in leading strategic projects with the ability to execute tactical project level activities.
  • Communication: Fluency in English and Chinese, excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Others: Self-motivated and proactive, critical thinker who can embrace ambiguity and demonstrate attention to details.

Key Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA.
  • Skilled in collaborating and influencing cross-functional partners, navigating global and complex organizations to build and achieve strategic goals.
  • Experience in data acquisition, software or AIML development and operations.
  • Technically savvy with strong grasp of emerging technologies and landscapes.
