We are a dynamic team responsible for data and records management of multiple countries across the globe. We align business needs and regulatory requirements to manage employment data and documents, process complex data updates, and maintain file storage. We process and maintain business essential records. Minimum Qualifications

  • 2 years HR related working experience
  • Document administration experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with day-to-day case management and prioritization
  • Understanding of SLA and HR Shared Service
  • Experience with confidential, private information and following SOP on managing this information
  • Excellent administration/support skills

  • Experience with Mac OS preferred
