Description
Siri UI/UX team is looking for a software engineer to develop Siri’s next generation of natural interaction on some of Apples most popular devices. This role requires someone with expertise in developing, launching, maintaining, and extending products. Ideal candidates are proficient in development best practices, comfortable working in large code bases, can build tools and frameworks, and can balance multiple projects and deliverables. Minimum Qualifications
- B.S. or M.S. degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience software development - contributed to code, code reviews, design reviews, and maintain production systems.
- Strong expertise in one programing language
- Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals, with excellent expertise in Concurrency, Distributed Systems, and API design.

Preferred Qualifications
- Expertise in Objective-c or Swift.
- Experience with performance engineering, analysis, and on-device optimization
- Have contributed to shipping platform/products to production, and supported/extended them post launch.
- Strong communication skills to work well with cross-functional engineering teams
