Description
You will be responsible for Process development for Apple sensing module from proof of concept to ready to ramp. Responsible for Process define, Equipment selection, New automation validation and bring up, New material development. Collaborate with module integrators, material venders and internal stakeholders to deliver solution in time for validation.
Minimum Qualifications
- 10 yrs + experiences in OSAT / Bumping / MEMS process or product design
- MS or above in engineering degree
- Able to travel 30%
- Proficient in English and Chinese communication
Key Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
- 10YRS + experiences in EPOXY, POLYMER PROCESS AND APPLICATION
- 5+ years experiences in Custom automation equipment development
- Experiences in using Laser welding & soldering, Pression PnP, High accuracy dispenser.
- Self motivated, energetic and able to drive pace
- Ability in building relationships and communicate at all levels
- Team player and able to work on own initiative
- Experience of working highly confidential environment
- Comfortable working on a dynamic environment as well as a culturally diverse team environment
