Apple’s Sales organisation generates the revenue needed to fuel our ongoing development of products and services. This in turn, enriches the lives of hundreds of millions of people around the world. Our sales team, in many ways, is the face of Apple to our largest customers. In this role, you will be in a key position to fully take advantage of our products and the huge interest for Apple in the local market to drive our sales to the next level.
As a member of the new CEE Business Development team, the Digital Business Development Manager will support regional growth with a focus on developing new business and opportunities for eCommerce with our partners in 20 CEE countries.
A key priority is leading the digital program across the markets, proposing expansion opportunities, partner capability improvements, customer experience enhancements and tracking the performance of our channel partners across Resellers and Carriers.
The ideal candidate has a customer centric attitude, is able to set a clear vision for an outstanding customer & partner experience. As well as adept at simplifying the complex, and collaborating in an international cross functional organization. This individual will also drive analysis of key strategic projects, and will be responsible for forecasting and performance for Apple’s digital business.
This high-impact role requires a highly motivated and experienced teammate with great attention to detail who is able to collaborate with multiple teams to deliver to deadlines. The successful individual will have a strategic mentality, strong analytical skills, be adept at project management, and have deep industry eCommerce knowledge.
Description
Lead our digital program in CEE, working with channel partners, sales teams, sales planning & operations and marketing to grow the digital business
Innovate and develop the online customer experience of our channel partners, helping define the future of how customers learn about and purchase Apple products via our channel partners.
Help shape ground-breaking customer-centric experiences that take into account global industry trends, consumer behaviour, and Apple core values.
Identify opportunities and issues, form hypotheses to analysis - synthesizing conclusions into recommendations and business cases to help implement change.
Provide executives with business reporting and insights on a regular cadence and ad-hoc.

Minimum Qualifications
- Deep knowledge of the local consumer industry and digital commerce trends.
- Demonstrate initiative, adaptability and problem-solving skills in a changing and dynamic environment
- Develop creative solutions, and demonstrate resourcefulness, while maintaining highest attention to detail.
- Hands on mentality and drive for excellence. Project management skills or experience delivering to multiple high priorities at the same time.
- Strong analytical skills, meticulous with strong intuition for business and consumer focus.
- Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically, to deliver on short and long term goals.
- Proven ability to evaluate, analyse and present data to executive level
- International working experience with cross functional teams.
- English proficiency
