The Retail Fulfilment Operations (RFO) team strives to provide cutting-edge innovation and operational excellence to deliver a best-in-class customer experience. RFO transforms Retail Fulfilment (Retail Stores and Online Stores) into a key value proposition for Apple’s direct customers through Planning, Execution, and Strategic Programs.
We are seeking a dynamic, highly motivated candidate with supply chain operations experience, strong communication & analytical skills. This role requires a combination of business insight, technical knowledge and customer focus.
You will have significant interaction with a number of internal groups such as Supply Demand Management & Execution, Logistics, Retail Customer Care, Retail Store Operations and partner teams in other regions. The ability to work seamlessly with these teams is crucial for achieving the objectives of the position.
Description
Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver flawless execution of New Product Introductions and other key events as per plan of record for Apple Store Online customers
Play a key role in delivery of regional and global fulfilment projects from review of business requirements, development of test cases and completion of user acceptance testing.
Lead execution of order change management processes for Digital Consumer and Retail Small & Medium Business customers in line with Appleʼs strategy for online business.
Support operational queries from partner organisations.
Identify trends and recommend actions to drive positive business impact.
Take a practical and pro-active approach to problem solving. Be solution oriented and innovative. Drive process & system innovation leveraging BI tools and Data Science solutions
Drive and influence strategic direction in the EMEIA region and globally
Minimum Qualifications
- Obsess over the customer experience with a positive ‘can-doʼ attitude.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills in a cross-functional team environment.
- Ability to present on complex system execution topics to executive teams both regionally and globally.
- Meticulous attention to detail & ability to drive flawless execution within tight deadlines
- Technically minded & comfortable in the use of Excel, Tableau and other reporting / data visualisation tools
- Strong analytical skills with a track record of dealing with complex large data sets and the ability to evaluate, analyse and present data with meaningful insights
- Exceptional work ethic, confidence to make critical decisions and flexibility to react to the challenges of a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with SAP systems, including SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA
- Presentation skills at executive level
- Program / project management experience is an advantage
