This in turn, enriches the lives of hundreds of millions of people around the world! Our sales team, is in many ways, the ambassador of Apple to our largest customers. We are growing our team and we are looking for an ACE Leader who serves as the Apple business owner and influencer across a number of carrier/retailer stores where sales consultants are deployed. The ACE Leader is an Apple employee whose primary responsibility is to ensure key business targets are met across a territory. You will deliver results by developing and maintaining a team of dedicated performance focused sales consultants, encouraging relationships with store managers, and successfully executing Apple driven initiatives. You will also drive and monitor the compliance of worldwide standards and provide clear and concise updates of sales, competition and regional events through weekly and monthly reports to Apple Management.

Description

This role will grow sales at the carrier and retail locations where sales staff are deployed. This is a field role that will require you to be involved in store level activities during peak store hours including weekends to drive the highest possible revenue targets. - Partner with agency staff to sell Apple solutions to prospective and current customers and make sure Apple merchandising policies are being upheld and met. - Ensure that the highest levels of customer service and integrity are being delivered consistently. - Partner with store management to develop strong, influential, and positive business partnerships to ensure revenue growth is on track to meet targets. - Provide leadership by mentoring agency sales managers to achieve sales objectives. Manage and motivate sales team to meet corporate and team objectives; monitor individual and team progress through goal-setting and monitoring of measurable objectives. - Provide continuous feedback and recognition for effort and achievement. Act as an ambassador of the Apple brand to retail/carrier staff and management, keeping them engaged and up to date on Apple’s latest products. - Provide regular business results and regular competitive trends tracking. Monitor sales results and progress of region. - Share insights with local Sales team, Channel Marketing Team and Country Managers regarding pricing issues, advertising, promotions, etc.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relevant retail experience, ideally with a premium brand
  • Retail/Telco/Consumer/Service experience
  • Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Master at solution-based selling and employee motivational techniques
  • Strong analytical skills to identify problems and propose efficient solutions
  • Proven project management experience
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Proficient in English and Spanish, written and spoken
