We are seeking a Carrier Account Manager with a strong understanding of CHT’s organization and experience deploying IT systems to channel partners. You will drive day-to-day commercial operations and handle relationships with partner HQ teams across Apple product lines. The ideal candidate excels in digital transformation, A/B testing, and account management, is meticulous, self-structured, and has strong presentation and leadership skills. This role involves developing strategies, driving action plans, and coordinating team members to meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Description
- Build and lead relationships with executive decision-makers, ensuring collaboration across the customer organization to achieve goals.
- Identify business opportunities, guide initiatives to grow the account, and facilitate cross-functional interactions (Operations, Marketing, Legal, etc.) to support deals, agreements, and account management.
- Oversee project development, prospecting, deal execution, implementation, and ongoing account management.
- Manage compliance with commercial obligations, identifying gaps and opportunities to drive year-over-year performance improvements.
- Understand of digital tools' incl. coding, visualization, data mining, machine learning, AB testing.
- Possess experience to deploy digital tools with business partners to transfer business process and/or operations.
Minimum Qualifications
- 6+ years experience in wireless account management or a related function with experience calling on wireless carriers at the Headquarters level
- Solid understanding of the wireless/telecommunications industry
- Experience in digital platform/application deployment to carrier partners

- Demonstrated strengths in relationship management, teaming across functions, deal making & negotiations
- Expertise in influencing internal and external partners to attain financial approvals and negotiate critical business terms
- Ability to quickly develop, iterate, and navigate through large scale contracts and agreements in partnership with legal teams
- Strategic agility: demonstrated ability to identify and drive new opportunities
- Ability to succeed through ambiguity and get results
- Experienced in the sales, consulting or technology industries; channel sales exposure is helpful. Practical experience in sales program management, business performance analytics, business operations, or change management.
- High degree of organizational maturity, a talent for working reciprocally in a matrix- responsibility environment and excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Excellent data analysis, management, and visualization skills. Able to use of industry-standard data analysis and reporting tools including Tableau and Excel.
