The Apple TV+ team is seeking a highly organized, motivated and resourceful individual capable of excelling in a fast-paced environment to join our team as the Coordinator, PR Operations and Talent Relations, reporting to the Director of PR Operations and Talent Relations for Apple TV+. In this role, you will work with the Apple TV+ Communications, Publicity and Talent Relations teams on day-to-day operations including budget and invoice submissions/tracking, document updates, supporting talent relations and events, with administrative duties layered in.

You will support the Director of PR Operations & Talent Relations in establishing and maintaining operational processes and talent relations activities within the Global Communications & Publicity team for Apple TV+. We are seeking a collaborative candidate who will use their impeccable people skills and quickly develop an understanding of our team operations and procedures in order to excel in a fast-paced environment. You will be tasked with maintaining confidential and sensitive information with absolute discretion. You will be responsible for invoice tracking, database maintenance, and organization of digital files. Additional duties include, but are not limited to, crafting and maintaining informational grids, creation and review of documents, itinerary creation and management, and drafting correspondence and presentations. On the administrative side you will manage calendars with heavy scheduling; coordinate meetings, expense report submissions, and coordinating travel.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience as an executive assistant and/or coordinator in the entertainment industry (experience in publicity, talent relations and/or events)
  • Ability to work evenings, staff events, and travel

  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with internal and external partners including talent agents, managers, and publicists
  • Maintaining relationships with partners and vendors
  • Impeccable organizational skills with an eye for detail
  • Proactive, flexible, and comfortable operating through ambiguity and change
  • Ability to work well collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while multi-tasking
  • A passion for TV/Streaming
  • Knowledge of process development and implementation a plus
  • Experience in the Talent Relations and/or Operations space
  • Event experience also a bonus
  • Bachelor’s Degree
