Our Analytics and Data Quality team are responsible for the quality of Analytics offerings across the Apple Services Organisation powering the App Store, Apple TV+, Apple Music, Apple Podcasts, Apple Books, Fitness+, the iTunes Store and more.
We are looking for a QA Manager to take charge of building the QA approach for future infrastructure that will drive some of the most critical decisions in both our operations and the business.
Description
We are looking for someone who is open to innovative QA solutions, research who will co-create new testing approaches using LLMs and other emerging technology.
You will be ready to coordinate and plan multi-quarter initiatives and develop the Analytics QA Engineering Roadmap.
You will drive the vision of the Analytics and Data quality team to deliver high quality product as a service and proactively identify areas for optimization as it relates to: QA integration into development processes, communication and automation.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience leading a SQA or Software Development team
- Experience managing projects and processes cross-functionally
- Comfortable working in a continually changing and dynamic environment and driving top issues to resolution
- Proven track record of attracting, hiring, motivating and develop the best quality-minded individuals
- Excellent cross-functional communication and influencing skills
- In-depth knowledge and experience on Test Automation planning, execution, and triage for projects on client to server.
- Excellent presentation skills, distilling complex analysis and concepts into concise business-focused takeaways
- Experience leading distributed teams across cultures, geography and timezones
Key Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in one or more of the following technologies: Hadoop ecosystem, Kafka, Cassandra, Spark, SQL, Java, Python
- Have data-driven testing experience
- Understand CI/CD
- Have AIML experience
