In this role, you’ll manage the kickoff, creative development, production and distribution of channel creative programs including content narratives, events, training and community, email, sales enablement, partner guidelines, and more. The ideal candidate will have strong project management, communication, organizational, and leadership skills, and attention to detail.
Description
- Work within a creative producer team to ensure the successful workflow of channel marketing projects spanning many functional groups including Creative, Product Marketing, Communications, Programs, Insights & Research, Localization, and Platforms.
- Enable the channel marketing team to work effectively
- Connect the dots between different marketing projects and leverage those connections to inform the channel marketing projects and work
- Ensure tight inter-team coordination and communication, keeping everyone focused on what’s important while unifying collaborators with different priorities or objectives.
- Help guide initiatives in a positive and productive manner. Partner with marketing colleagues to identify and address critical issues, and remove barriers impeding the success of deliverables.
Minimum Qualifications
- Previous experience as a creative producer
- Knowledge and understanding of B2B channel marketing deliverables and programs

- Able to establish rapport, collaborate, and problem solve with designers, writers, producer colleagues, and marketing managers

- Able to establish expertise in and facilitate a consistent process, while also practicing flexibility and finding opportunities for improvement
- Resourceful, adaptable, with high energy and a positive attitude
- Excellent design and typography sensibilities
- Ability to handle multiple projects within tight deadlines
