We are seeking a motivated and analytical intern, who will grow an expert in the deep-dive of our customers' user acquisition strategies and the markets, categories in which they operate. You will orchestrate business-savvy insights, with bespoke takeaways and solutions for app developers and have an understanding of the market, industry, and business models of innovative categories. App Store offers best mobile ecosystem where developers are exerting ideas into products everyday, whereas how to connect apps with ideal audience? It's your vocational influence to inspire developers to leverage Apple's services offerings, explore user opportunities across the globe, then realizing business growth ultimately.
Working with the Apple Ads Team, you'll be involved and anticipate how commercial insights are generated and impact business decision, persistently explore and uncover the digital marketing needs of developer clients (Greater China both domestic and export), and interpret how our range of product offerings can grow their business.
Description
- Conduct information collection, reports analysis, markets insights, data correlation, etc. on designated app categories and developer players, and consolidate customized solutions.
- Shadow client meetings, to understand business pain-points, help to address with mindset shifting narratives.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Channel Partners, cross-functional resources to intrigue new initiatives.
- Source and validate internal and external data insights for pitching execution.
- Follow up on campaigns optimization ROI, deliverables’ effectiveness summary.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Experience for project management independently with proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a high-paced and dynamic environment
- Business sense and business analytic capability to solve problems and make progress
- Willing-to-learn attitude and self-motivated

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor/Master student in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising preferred.
- Knowledge of digital media and a desire to learn new technologies
- Sensible logics and ability to discern key messages from large amount of information, make complexity simple
- Experience on consultation, digital marketing industry, or user growth in leading Internet companies
- In-depth understanding of Greater China App industry including both their local and exporting business
- Excellent communications and presentation skills both in Chinese and English, multilingual if applicable
- Highly collaborative, strategic, customer-focused with strong business analysis capability.
- Familiarized with Apple’s Services ecosystem and offering solutions for developers.
