Information Security protects Apple's information, including business, employee, and customer data wherever it goes. Our tools and services protect against threats that seek to compromise our systems, monitor the stability and security of our internal environment, and track emerging threats and vulnerabilities that might create an opportunity for an attacker.

The internship provides opportunities across many different teams in the security space, ranging from special projects for new business initiatives to operations in a rapidly growing and dynamic setting. Interns benefit from a combination of training and on-the-job work experience.
You will work cross-functionally with Apple’s corporate Information Security team and key Apple internal business teams to ensure the successful completion of critical Information Security initiatives.
A few of the positions available to you:
• A range of software engineering positions such as front-end, back-end, full-stack, iOS, and macOS
• Penetration testing and application security assessment
• Digital forensics and incident response
• Project and campaign management
- Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in CS, CE, ECE, EECS, IS, IT, and other related fields of study.
- Server-side development (Python, Ruby, Java, Golang, C/C++, etc), Web development (ECMAScript, HTML, CSS3),
- Machine Learning (Python, R), Data Processing frameworks (Hadoop, Spark), iOS, or macOS development (Objective-C, Swift)
- Passion for discovering and researching new and emerging technologies in the space of Information Security
- Ability to adapt quickly and adjust priorities as needed
