after passing both Phase1 and 2 of the evaluation i i never received credentials for the funded account. when i reached out to support they said i must do my KYC which i had done before but i did it anyways. after completing the KYC im told that i did my KYc from a different country and the funny part is that i have never traveled outside my country period. so its a scam of a whilst i thought its a reputable firm. im even disabled from their servers and theres no correspondence whatsoever. im very disappointed with them and after this experience im not recommending them to nyone

ACG is a cunning scammer

I feel compelled to share my experience with this company, as I believe others should be aware before considering their services.

Initially, I could pass the challenge and receive a fund account. However, shortly afterward, I received an email from their risk team with the following reasoning:

*“This data suggests that excessive risk and high exposure have been utilized throughout the challenge phase, sometimes exceeding 4% risk per trade. We expect our clients to ensure that their risk and exposure are in alignment with their future success and longevity at our firm. We deem this type of trading to be a gambling-style approach. Although we understand each strategy is subjective to each client, we do not see long-term growth with this style of trading.”*

This was surprising to me because I follow a specific strategy where I manage risk by opening multiple positions in different scenarios. For instance, I might open a sell order on gold at 2675, and if the market moves to the next resistance, I’ll open another position, when the graph swings back. I will close the first position and wait for the second hit toTP. It’s a flexible strategy designed to limit risk and maximize profit potential.

However, despite my efforts to manage my positions, the risk team decided to reduce the leverage on gold from 1:30 to 1:9. This change made it impossible for me to adjust my trades as needed since my margin was no longer sufficient to manage the positions I had opened.

I find this frustrating, as the leverage reduction effectively prevented me from correcting any mistakes or capitalizing on profitable opportunities. It also made it difficult for me to make a profit because of the cunning firm

Ultimately, I want to caution others before engaging with ACG. My experience has led me to believe that their policies are not trader-friendly, and I’m concerned that many could end up in a similar position like me.

I sincerely hope that anyone reading this avoids the same pitfalls I encountered and doesn’t risk their hard-earned money.

ACG - tried to pay for me to take off my bad reviews...

They changed the KYC rule without any notifications to the existing traders, and then used it to get many, many banned. I counted more than 70 on Trustpilot alone that was banned with the same KYC rule...

I asked ACG many times to address my 2 questions, but they simply refuse to answer, and kept ignoring me.
Now, after I have left bad reviews, William offer to settle and pay for my accounts I had?
Before the reviews they called me a scammer and a fraud, then banned me and from there simply ignore me..
What has changed - why offer me money now, if you wanted nothing to do with me a month ago???

ACG - answer these 2 questions...
1. Why was I requested to do KYC for the 4th time in 12 months, when the first 3 were in order and still showed valid and green ticked on my profile?
2. When you changed the VPN/KYC rule in September/October'24, how did you inform your existing traders of this rule change?
I received no mail, I could not find notification on your official Discord?

You changed the rule overnight, amended it on FAQ section and started banning traders..
No one complained about the rule before end September (have a look on Trustpilot....), from there I counted no less than 70 traders that were banned.... You took their challenge fees, you put them through all the work to pass their phases and then simply banned them on KYC..... naughty naughty

Had a risk interview before payout, interview was very simple and straight forward, very professional and patient during the meeting, once completed got my payout the next morning only giving it 4 stars because it would of been better if I got risk email before the date of my payout, but other than that it was quick and simple
