I had a problem accessing my account. I couldn't make my trades. So I contacted support, where I was promptly assisted by Angel and Adam. They were kind, polite and patient. They resolved the issue as quickly as possible. I am here to thank this support and E8 Markets for the opportunity to be partners.
Got some problems with verification process - I was interrapted and did not complete verification. When I came back to it there was not any possibility to finish my verification or start it from the scratch. I asked Support Team for help and thanks to Adam - I'm succesfully verified user) It is a pleasure to deal with E8markets Team
Edit : This issue is resolved. I was given my funded acct credentials. Reason for the delay was holidauy season. I am changing to 4* as they gained my trust again.
I am a funded trader with 5 of the top 10 prop firms in the industry and I was under the impression that E8 is the best as I had no issues in passing my first challenge and received 3 payouts without any issues. In fact payouts were processed very fast compared to other firms.
But now its completely changed and it’s been over 15 days since I passed my second challenge and I was not given funded account even after attending their risk assessment interview. Issue is still pending.
I believe they are trying to get rid of me as I am profitable trader.
I recommend to go with other popular prop firms.

I'm extremely disappointed with E8 prop firm's recent actions. They announced free $5,000 accounts as a New Year's gift, which attracted a massive following of around 30,000 to 40,000 people on their social media and website. Many of us, including myself, went through the verification process, only to have our data collected.
Overnight, E8 updated their restricted country list, effectively locking out almost every country. This move feels like a blatant data collection tactic, rather than a genuine offer. It's unfair to those who trusted their initial announcement and invested time in the verification process.
I hope others will be cautious and do their research before engaging with E8 prop firm.

They restricted countries after they collected every KYC as much as possible to increase the number of users for a good rating... They are not trusted company at this rate they will just close their company at any time... Before the 5K Christmas giveaway, Pakistan was not listed among the restricted countries. As soon as more people started participating in the giveaway, started to add countries to the restricted list. If you couldn't afford it, why did you even announce the giveaway? This company collected data from 30,000 people worldwide, pretending to run a giveaway for a $5,000 challenge. Later, it updated its policies to restrict access to half the planet, seemingly to avoid fulfilling its promise.
I'm from Algeria, and I had high hopes for this prop firm based on the testimonials I saw. I hope more Algerians step up and share their opinions about this case. We will not tolerate being exploited or having our data sold or misused in any way.
