Auf der deutschen Seite wird vorgetäuscht, dass der Hotspot möglich sei, was nicht stimmt! Man erklärte mir, dass nur die englische Homepage gültig sei... In Yucatan konnte ich an vielen Orten nur LTE odef 3G empfangen, während meine Begleiter mit anderen Providern 4G Empfang hatten.

J’ai tenté d’installer leur service sans succès, malgré plusieurs essais. Impossible de le faire fonctionner. J’ai également essayé de les contacter pour obtenir de l’aide, mais aucune réponse de leur part. Cela ressemble à une véritable arnaque pour touristes. Je déconseille fortement cette entreprise si vous souhaitez éviter des problèmes inutiles lors de vos voyages. À éviter
Very disappointed with ETravelSim
I tried to install their service without success, despite several attempts. It simply doesn’t work. I also tried contacting them for help, but received no response. This feels like a real tourist scam. I strongly advise against this company if you want to avoid unnecessary problems during your travels. Stay away!

We’re planning a 16-day trip from Stockholm, Sweden to Dublin, Ireland, starting on October 30th, 2024, and ending on November 14th. We’ll be driving our motorhome from Stockholm to Norway and then flying to Dublin. We’ve been using EtravelSim’s eSIM, and we’re really impressed. I installed the esim and followed all the instructions but I don't have Internet for more than 12 hours since I arrived at my destination.
The support service takes a lot of time to answer and did not help until now.
Edit : they resolved the issue and I now have Internet after 15 hours.

Bought the 5 day unlimited data for EU. Worked fantastically every country I went to. Installed once and then forgot about it. The 100 minutes for local calls came in really handy too for booking cabs and making restaurant reservations. Would highly recommend!

Bought esim for 28 euros, and it didnt worked.. support response time is extemly long, and didnt helped at all, only asking for same screenshots over and over again.. useless esim.. purchased sailly esim ,and it worked in 4 seconds ,thanks to them i am not left without connection abroad

I have problems with installation, it doesn't work.
Unreasonably they are asking me to wait to get to my destination to try to install again, but then it is pointless to have an esim...
I asked for a refund and they said it would only be refunded once I try again in my destination.
Do not recommend!

Update: 16-dec-2024
One day after I opened my complaint here, they contacted me and fixed my problem giving me a new E-sim which worked.
I am giving 4 stars as in the first day I talked to two people who didn't want to solve the problem therefore I spend a lot of time trying to explain them and show what was wrong and they just told me it would work later somehow.
It ended up that it didn't work, but they gave me a new E-sim, so my problem was fixed after some stress.

Just returned from a 2 week trip to the states and used this ESIM. Easy to install and worked great- we went from California to Vegas to PA to Cleveland than Dallas and had no problems connecting anywhere

The service is not consistent, sometime takes up to 30 min to connect to internet. A lot of times it is dialup speed. We are in Fort Lauderdale, FL not some country side. Definitely do not recommend this for traveling to the US.

FOLLOW-UP: the support team "reset" the service a few times with the same results. All the telecom companies jn the area offers the same service.
