I booked an unlimited plan for visiting USA.
Yesterday while watching a movie, the connection stopped suddenly.
The Support then told me that the plan is - in reality - not unlimited but limited to 4GB per day. Surprisingly I wasn’t informed upfront, and the plan was sold as unlimited.
Never again - there are other providers working more seriously

It made our life very easy. We could validate eSIM in Switzerland, two days before arriving New York. We even changed our phone and were able to transfer the eSIM on the new iPhone 16 bought in New York. Contacted customer service via email and received new QR code to activate the eSIM on the new phone. Customer service is very prompt and very helpful.

This was my first try with a travel esim. It was a huge disapointment. Speed is very slow, it cuts out downloads in half, cuts out using hotspot there's nothing you can do smoothly. The speed test marks 5gbit at máx but when you actually use it, is always less than 1gb. This is not throtheling, this is stranguling. Never again.

Nothing but waste of money.
Bought a esim for Turkey and not working, should restart phone to have a minute or two of data. And again. Useless for my opinion. Using a Samsung s23 ultra if that makes any difference

You buy an unlimited plan for a lot of money only for it to be turned off after 4 GB due to a fair user policy. Support is absolutely rude and incompetent. Don't fall for it!!!!

I had purchased two different eSIMs one with data only & one with data + calls.

Thanks to eTravelSIM team excellence & their swift & exceptional support.

Initially I had trouble activating my data only eSIM on iPhone 12. When I was trying to activate data+calls, I accidentally used data only eSIM QR and activated that on iPhone 16. Therefore, I had only data but no calls.

It took my one day plus to sort things out due to my jetlag and being on the move. I was not able to complete the process in one go.

Thanks to eTravelSIM team excellence & their swift & exceptional support. Once I set time a side to resolve the issue, it was cleared in few minutes. They even sent me a new QR code in place of the one I installed in the wrong phone.

Great service across Hanoi. I had a bit of difficulty initially connecting, but some assistance over chat with staff and a few phone restarts fixed it. There were a few spots without reception in Ha Long Bay, which is understandable. I've used E Travel Sim in Europe and they worked well there as well, as I would recommend.

UPDATE: A new agent reached out to me and provided a new eSIM so that I had temporary service and enough time to find a replacement. The new SIM worked well and I had no issues with it. Upgrading this to 4 stars for the great service that time around. Not a 5 because I had multiple engagements with customer service reps before this one and asked several times for an extension so that I could find a replacement. I was sometimes ignored and otherwise told no. Customers shouldn't have to leave bad reviews to get favorable responses from companies.

I bought this to work in Spain for a week and then would figure out my next phone plan. I had service about 40% of the time. I've spent hours on the message chats, emails, and then WhatsApp with the customer service team over several days. They can't figure out what the issue is and are constantly asking me to change settings, restart my phone, send screenshots etc. I have 2 hours left on the plan now and it still has not worked. I asked for a few days extension so I could have time to find another solution as it's a national holiday weekend in Spain and today is Friday. They refused to give me more than one day, so now I will be without service by Sunday on a holiday weekend in a foreign country and have paid for a service for 7 days that didn't work a full day for ANY of those days. I was often losing service even while talking to the customer service reps. With proper service, I could have found another replacement and gotten it by now, but I've been spending time troubleshooting instead. So now, I have neither a replacement lined up nor an extension from this for poor service. I won't be using this eSim again. Nor will I spend the last 24 hours trying a million new troubleshooting steps that don't work.

I bought an eSim for my US trip but noticed that I only had access to the T-Mobile network (the description said "Cellular Network: T-Mobile/AT&T"). The support responded fast and I got another eSim with AT&T, but I think that I shouldn't have to ask for it if they advertise it in the description.

I used E travel sim during my travels around Europe, excellent and fast coverage! Also, it’s was cheaper compared to other companies! Activation is smooth and easy exactly as described in the instructions.

Persistent - even with time differences and even though there was a delay in responses/comms between me and the agent I was never disconnected/"call" dropped needing to restart, agent stayed involved and helpful even when the error was not with the sim but a user/device error.
