We are very happy with our purchase of global Jetpac esim. We travel all over the world including countries, Indonesia, Dubai, Cyprus, Malta, Turkey, Morocco, Tunisia, France and Monaco and esim worked everywhere. We used it for calling cabs, uber and bolt, getting in touch with family on WhatsApp with no issues. Sometimes a simple rebooting the phone can connect to the internet. The price for 10GB data was very competitive as compared to other providers.
First class. Bought 2 eSIMs for partner and myself for New Zealand. Minor difficulty installing on our iPhones but help easily available and very quickly got both our eSIMs installed and activated. Upon arrival in NZ switched on data roaming and immediately both our phones worked perfectly. Would highly recommend, very satisfied
I used Jetpac last year and was extremely impressed with their customer service. Their support team is readily available and very helpful. This year, I encountered some issues with the app, but their WhatsApp technical support team assisted me brilliantly. They stayed online and guided me through troubleshooting the problem. I like the fact they have a global pack and that you don't need to keep downloading a new Esim and the pricing of their packages is not extortionate..
Despite reasonable efforts by the help team, we were unable to sort out two seperate eSIMs issues. One wouldn’t connect at all despite many various attempts to connect.
The other would connect but would not sync to the app and display data usage.
The app is also very poor.
Would not recommend.
Have since bought different eSIMs which have worked straight away with no problems.

First sim worked great. Second didn't work at first, as you have to have an individual email for each sim. Messaged their Help Center via WhatsApp, and after a short delay it all got quickly sorted (updated score to reflect this).
So I'd say its good when it works and customer service works well when it doesn't automatically click.

I've used Jetpac several times in North America and their Global pack. I've never encountered an issue (Pixel 7a). I recommended it to a travelling companion who was tired of being stuck with potentially huge data bills from their Canadian carrier. We managed to get it set up with little effort (iPhone) despite neither of us being very familiar with Apples esim nomenclature.
Note: It appears that having the esim active does chew up battery a little quicker than normal (not terrible though) since it is regularly seeking the strongest local carrier when there is a choice in your current travel zone.

I have had not problems with Jetpac every time I've been to India. Highly recommend. Refilling is very easy. When you're low while you're traveling, before it runs out, while having your on your own data through the esim, it is secure for you to pay on the website with your credit card. Jetpac often offers discounts. This has been my first experience of esim use and I haven't had to consider another company.

I've been in Thailand from 21.11. I tried to buy the DTAC 200 Baht/30 days SIM card in Seven Eleven.
This promotion was sold out at many 7eleven.
That's why I had to change to eSim card from Jetpac.
On 25. november I bougth, activated and called during my vacation with this service.
No problems at all with the Jetpac eSim card.
Thanks again for the perfect eSim card service.

Today had a issue of eSim not getting installed on new device. On reaching to the support via chat, first the support guy Jay asked few questions to confirm the issue, then asked for a screenshot of the issue and then quickly helped to send a new QR code for set up which worked perfectly fine. Since we are travelling tomorrow, getting the issue resolved in quick time was extremely important and that's exactly what happened. Extremely happy with the kind of service Jetpac is providing.

Completely untrustworthy. eSIM installation does not work out of the box, and needs manual setup a know-how. Customer support is slow, and you constantly need to start over explaining the issue. eSIM settings keeps on reverting back to not functioning setup, causing connection to be lost until manually fixed again. Useless service, terrible support. Do not use.

Totally easy to set up and use, this was my first experience with eSIM. I have used it in both the EU and USA and it's equally good in both.

Bought E-sim for Europe - very cheap, easy to install with excellent instructions and worked well. I had to contact Jetpac to enquire about getting discount and someone got back to me immediately and explained what to do so I rate service as excellent and would recommend.
