I went shopping on the app and my account was credited , but when I tried to verify my identity they suspended my account saying that it wasn't me because the address is different , was I suppose to use my old address I don't live there anymore . I don't think that it's right

This coin/app is a joke. What they do is hold your earnings and won't let you cash out. Then after 30 days or 60 days you have to shop with them in order to make more crypto except they won't pay out. It's a sick cycle

Terrible app. Used to be really good and reliable in terms of tracking Cashback and fulfilling withdrawals. Unfortunately getting your money has practically become impossible due to their new queue system. I have been waiting 4 months on a withdrawal that I paid 10$ for and the ETA hasn't changed a bit and is still at 1300 hours. They tell you to buy the "Priority Pass" for faster withdrawal times but it doesn't help either and just costs you another 13$

Absolute scam 100% rip off company. I am a Diamond member and due to the amount of my spending I had over $7900 in my account and then they came up with this thing where you have to buy 200 and SocialGood tokens to stay a member so I did that and then the value dropped so my 200 went below the 200 mark and now I’m not a member anymore yet they have my 7900 and I have no access to it. That’s a scam. Don’t support these Japanese people. All they wanna do is destroy America. Didn’t we drop a bomb on that country? Well, we need to drop a couple more.

They lure you in saying that they give 100% cash back on eBay and amazing cash back percentages on other sites but when you want to withdraw the cash back they only let you withdraw like 10% of it or less and withdraws are in their SG token which is part of the Ethereum blockchain.

Its better to just use Rakuten for cash back instead and buy the crypto you want with the cash back that you earn instead of being restricted in how much you can withdraw and what token you receive as payment.
