Shopped with Ebuyer many times over the years but this was the first time (I think) where the item was faulty. The HDD I bought hed sector errors. From first contact about the errors to receiving a replacement took approx 5 working days, that includes sending the HDD back, testing and delivery of the replacement.
My only (little) criticism of the process is that to return the item I had to describe the fault in the online returns page, then Ebuyer send an email asking you to explain the fault again.
Overall, the usual great service and now I can say their returns process is very good too.

Ebuyer has been one of my go-to companies for computer stuff for donkey's years - both professionally and as a home user. I have to admit this latest experience has left something to be desired. I placed my order and requested next day delivery. I logged into my Ebuyer account early the next day and saw that my order still had the status of 'Processing'. I phoned Ebuyer customer support and was answered after about 6 minutes (Not too bad!). The customer support representative was helpful and tried, without success, to find out what the problem was. She did, however, apologise and said she would get it resolved and my order delivered the next day. She also promised a refund of my next day carriage fee. Lo and behold, the order arrived the next day. Whilst my issue was resolved quickly (Not sure if I have had the postage refund though!), I am disappointed that I had no communication from the company after my order was placed. I was not even informed in advance of the eventual delivery. I think Ebuyer needs to up its communication on order progress if it is going to compete in this day and age. Well done though to customer support in resolving my issue.

Bought an item showing in stock for next day delivery, they marked as shipped and then lied about issues with the delivery. They never had the stock in the first place.
Even worse, had to phone them a few days later for a refund and still haven't received a refund yet...not sure if they've even processed it.

There was some form of a security incident with dpd, my parcel has been lost and will be resent as soon as the product is available again.
I understand it's quite unfortunate and initial issue was beyond ebuyers control, but further communication was really bad, I was being told one thing, other thing happened, I missed multiple chances to order same item from different place.
If everything goes smoothly ebuyer is great, if something goes wrong they are quite bad with keeping things done in timely fashion.

Still awaiting delivery, poor comunication ment the order didn’t complete the first time, nearly a week before I found out. Completed the order, it went ‘missing’, no super fast replacement just missing. I’m still waiting. No updates for days. Very disappointed in the service. It’s been nearly 2 weeks now. No problems previously but will think again about ordering from them.

Used Ebuyer many times without issue, but recently they have consistently been let down by their couriers. Placed an order for next day delivery, it took 4/5? Customer service not particularly helpful. Said they would refund P&P, but not yet forthcoming. There are other sellers of the same items, so will think twice next time!

My first and last time using ebuyer.
Bought a display Pocketbook Verse with £10 discount , Now the item is allegedly lost due to a DPD security incident.
I have emailed & rung to be told there is no replacement and the refund has been issued.
No refund , no refund email and the item still shows as shipped.
I would expected a refund or a new Pocketbook Verse as a show of good faith , back to amazon for me
