This is the worse Lettings agent you can ever deal with either as a tenant or a landlord. They are very unprofessional, they lack knowledge and they are a fraud. The story is so long but beware of this people. As you can tell they don’t even have Lot of listings on the market yet their service is so bad especially this branch the property manager Saqib Ali needs training and doesn’t know his job. Even down to his own manager. I got a property from this people they lied promised endless repairs that never happened, yet they collect full rent every month. I was moving abroad and I followed the process to move out after I moved out even when I contacted them more than 2 months in advance they came back and said I am still a tenant and expect me to pay rent apologising that the property manager made a mistake so why should that be my problem? They are also charging an illegal and banned fee that the landlord has refused to pay asking me to pay it ! Beware of Haart Lettings especially harborne brand all the staff there I wonder how they got a job .

Despite reassurances that they would remove me from their database (including an email to that effect and a post on this very website!), they are still cold calling about my late father's flat which is listed with another agent.

If they can't even get their records straight, why would you trust them to sell a house!

Hello. Today I had a viewing of a wonderful house with the real estate agent IHTISHAAM. First of all, I would like to thank you for the review and for the very discreet but important comments about the house, this is important and greatly influences the decision-making process. We have not yet reached an agreement, but we would like to do so, that is, rent this particular house. We hope for professionalism in the future.

I found Ihtishaam, a very pleasant young man, he communicated, on several occasions, either by email or text. And made sure, that, i could ask anything. At this stage, the house, i viewed on the 3rd February, wasnt suitable. I said it needed alot of tidying up and it wasnt worth the rental value.

I contacted Haart Estate agent back in August 2024 whilst I was in the midst of sorting out my 2 bedroom flat for redecorating/refurb ready to rent out.
Estate manager Elisa came over to take a look at the flat and gave me an insight to what Haart offer.

It took some time to get the flat ready, Elisa would contact me to check to see how I was getting on with the decorating, every so often. Not at all pushy, very cool and calm.

Once the flat was ready Elisa came and took pictures , within 24 hours the flat was up for rental.
I had lots of viewings.
We got tenants, and the whole process was just so supporting as Elisa was on hand every step. I can always contact Elisa and she always gets back to me, just fantastic, always very helpful with answering any questions I had as this is my first time renting out property.
Even now, that I have tenants settled in and its been a couple of months I can email Elisa and she gets back to me as soon as she can.

"Unprofessional" doesn't even begin to describe this agency.
I'm a cash buyer. I requested viewings multiple times: online, by phone, by emails. Whenever I called I was never passed onto an agent, but the so called "concierge" took note of my viewing requests to pass them on.
They never replied. Then, one day, while I was abroad, between 1 to 2 months after I requested the viewings, they started calling. As If I cared at that point.

Awful from start to finish on the sale of my partner's house. Promises at outset were not honoured. Unsuitable viewers were sent. Easy house to sell & once a purchaser was found zero input & effort to push through. If he hadn't swopped numbers with the purchaser it would never had gone through. You can never get through on the phone goes to a call centre. They advise you to use their solicitors who were remote & equally useless. They did not earn their fee & were incompetent. A formal complaint will follow. In my opinion the Maidstone franchise should be shut down.

I have bought and sold multiple homes over the years and this was my first time using hearts. I am really impressed with the way they operate. instead of just popping it on to the standard platforms and lazily waiting for the house to sell itself they really go to work.
I moved over from a different agent on this house and received multiple offers over and above the asking price in the same time it took the original agents to call me back with a Valuation.
all of the people I have dealt with have been exemplary
I can not recommend them highly enough

The sale of our house has been an extremely traumatic 7 months with another uninspiring estate agent but our purchase with Haart has been the complete opposite. Kaitlyn from the Lincoln branch has been so helpful. She has constantly chased every legal team in the chain and kept us informed of progress throughout. She has been more proactive than all our lawyers & estate agent put together and I can’t praise her enough. Thank you Kaitlyn for all your support and I will definitely promote Haart to friends and family

We put our father’s house on for sale in May, eventually found a buyer after many price reductions, in July. They were really hard to get hold of, didn’t reply to questions, had to chase all the time - and then, last week, we were told buyers had pulled out because, amongst other reasons we don’t know about, they had been informed by Haart that this was an executors sale and that my father was dead …. No he is not!!!! What a 6 months waste of time - Avoid!!!!!

I and my partner been assisted from Heart Peterborough Estate Letting agent Mr Ihtishaam Ahmed. This young man, start from showing the flat, answering all our questions, helping and presenting our documents, I mean everything, step by step helped and quide us all throughout our renting our flat. Working with Mr Ihtishaam Ahmed was an absolute pleasure. I must say he's deep knowledge of local market, excellent communication skills and unwavering dedication made our journey fantastic and very pleasant experience. Also we liked to thank Heart Peterborough Estate and Lettings Property Management Manager and Senior Property Manager as well.

Agents do not stop hassling within 2 weeks they want to drop the price so that they get there commission makes promises they cannot keep. Constant phone calls turning up at the door to try get us to go with them hassling more than helpful.
Look at Witham Facebook feedback on heart and the responses Daniel Augustine replies with says his customer service skills are low such a shame.

Instructing one of their professional contractors to contact me quickly. My whole renting experience has been positively enhanced by having these people on my team..
