We have been supplying the trade and DIY with power tools, accessories, workwear, hand tools and much more for over 40 years. We are an independent retailer who still has a one-to-one connection with all our our customers, unlike larger corporate retailers. We still treat our customers as the number 1 priority and will do anything in our power to ensure that you are given the service level you require. Whether that be before, during or after your purchase!

A UK based call centre

Our call centre is open from 8am-5pm, Monday-Saturday. We are UK based and will help with any issues, questions or enquiries you might have. All our staff are trained on tools, trade and offering and outstanding quality service.

Next day delivery, 7 days a week. 1hr timeslot.

Because your tools and equipment are so important, we have made it as easy as possible. With ITS you can order right up until 7pm and still get your new gear the very next day. You can even get your tools delivered on Saturday or Sunday. We'll also text you in the morning with a 1hr delivery timeslot, so you're not waiting around all day.
