Avoid using this firm because they keep changing their rules frequently, and they only want you to keep bringing in money, which will disappoint you in the end. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I recommend PAIVA. They do pay.

La verdad que muy pero muy lamentable lo de este brokers. No lo recomiendo para nada. Me parecían buenos pero hace meses que se hacen los perros boludos. Cerraron mi cuenta de fondeo y no me devolvieron el dinero. Son unos sinvergüenzas pero con letra mayúscula. No caigan en esta gran pero gran estafa.

Terrible service. Don't waste your time or money. Just buys junky short dated options, averages down when they go down and then gets out close to breakeven and claims in alerts higher percent gains than are legitimate. There is no way to chat with Nate Bear directly and he ignores non praising comments in the chat room.

Prior to this year, this company was good to deal with. Something went wrong this year and we were dealt with lies after lies. They denied their involvement in pyramid scheme but apparently that was a lie too. Old saying is "if it walks like a duck, it is a duck!" Never trust any business that will delete your comments unless it was positive.

They Scam me , first in their advertising they tell they fund you with real money , after the MFF fallout , they starting telling the truth about not using real money just demo account , later they stop doing payouts and change metatrader 4 for matchtrader, a crappy platform and never returned to pay again, they never reply to my email about getting a refund for they dont . they totally shutdown their discord server and just put a anouncement they are just closing

I had an account, as well as my wife. Two 1 million dollar auditions. One was passed, and had over 35,000 profit. The other was close to passing. I expect a full refund of the accounts, as well as the profit I had.

All glitz on the surface by way of the website, and telling traders exactly what they want to hear (the conditions and rules were great and easy to follow) ....Perhaps too good in hindsight. Smooth enough in taking your money to initialise the account, not so vice versa.

Very hard earned money lost for me. Money that I really needed. And trust in these people as my default setting, now shattered. I am also very angry with them for not being transparent with regards the situation. This all comes as a surprise and shock to me.

The directors, referring to Seaman's have been in trouble before for fraud and investigated for fraud by the SEC and have reached an out of court settlement before for $750k is my understanding. Please do your own research.

I wish I knew this before.

The lesson for all people. One must perform due diligence before investing to materialise the dream. Are the people who invested with Surge, really intelligent traders or chomps? Perhaps it's a lesson they needed to learn.

For me, I want nothing to do with the Seamans after this. Any business with their name on it...and I will run a mile. Better for one’s health.

It does seem to me that this company has been misleading people regarding the platform technology problem as a ruse and as a cause for all their ills. They certainly gave no warning of bankruptcy and loss should the technology problem not go away. That would have been the ethical and correct thing to do before taking money from people. Their employees too did nothing either. This should be seen as misleading the public in itself. Likely bad management at best therefore, and at worst, outright and very clever fraud.

If fraud, it would likely involve doctored reviews, contain & control group chats in house? Pull in tactics using clever marketing? Manipulate other website to get best in industry reviews? Keep the money coming in? The all new and improved Ponzi scheme? Dupe their own low level staff and stop them from speaking out by way of employment contracts? There has been no further communication from the company whatsoever for example. Are they covering and destroying their tracks right now, while claiming arms length business expenditure in the form of wages likely as a legitimate exit for your cash?

I would be interested to look at their final accounts. I hope staff members keep important information to present to the SEC. Or will they be seen as complicit? I hope the auditors do their job along with the SEC to maintain creditability in the US legal system.

Will people be getting any money back? Perhaps we need a joint civil lawsuit against the directors and their cohort individually.

Not giving up on humanity, will the directors do the right thing and start the payout process using their own funds? Or will the SEC and others need to step in to force them to. What have they done with all the funds is the real question. Only an investigation can answer this. If so, they need to be stopped and put on the disqualified directors register and stopped from opening any more LLC’s. I suggest opening a group page to gather evidence and present to the SEC and other governing organisations as the first step.

In summary, do we have fraudulent thunder crap on the heads of the dreaming plebs below by way of the Seamans and their cohort? Or are they all splendid people, just out of their depth, not able to run a business and sinking the ship, with all passengers and crew onboard? All we have right now is our own evidence along with the questions above.

I'm just now finding out that they have been closed permanently. There was no email sent out to let the customers know about decision. There is no doubt in my mind that we've been scammed. Don't expect a refund. Apparently, they have been closed for a few weeks now and I found out this morning while checking on a few opened trades. Their number still works but Noone to answer the phone. They probably still out scamming people.

Another prop bites the dust. The company was forced to migrated to a new platform due to US weaponization of SEC,FBI,CIA etc. MetaTrader was even forced to disallow US props to use their platform; and more to the story etc.
SurgeTrader migrated to Match Trade and indicated things would take some time to sort out. But after long term failure for the company to communicate with anyone we started to get the jist. Then we saw the blog post about Match Trade agreement violations with Surge etc. Unfortunately we now know it's all over.
They continued to offer discounts during the migration for new customers/challenges knowing the whole time they were in violation of MatchTrade agreement since April 5th which was only 5 days after the migration was said to be completed.
OUCH ! Another prop bites the dust. So SAD. Although US interferrence it likely to blame for a lot of this, there is no excuse for the lack of transparency and communication from the company etc. The situation was poorly handled. While they continued to to promote and accept newcustomers, they knew they could NEVER service these new customers at the time they were promoting and accepting the new challenge customers.
At this point I realized they were SCAMMING people and realized I was scammed. NO benefit whatsover and NO real opportunity to trade or make money at all.

In the end they took our money, gave us demo accounts to trade and then went out of business. That is the short answer.

Just closed all operations and lost all our money. I am owed almost 1.5k in unprocessed withdrawals and audition fees and this is nothing compared to what other guys need to receive from them.

And for me it was best funded company.
Yes, my withdrawal still not released 1st time this much late but before I always got my withdrawal.

SurgeTrader has made changes along the way with what could be traded, but I adapted. The latest change was to their own trading interface. Everything about it was an improvement. I was also able to monitor and update my trades on my phone! I have never failed an audit, but it's been slow going for me. Recently, I've been making steady progress towards passing my audits and was looking forward to future payouts. This closure is a HUGE disappointment. I hope this site can be a way of communicating to the company my request to have my audit fees refunded. My accounts are 9500969 and 9512594.
