Great price and great product. I feel it’s a shame this is a bundle where the case isn’t for and doesn’t fit the drill
It’s come with. I think an option to add on the correct insert for the case to fit the tool you’re ordering would really improve things.

Honestly one of the best power tool companies I’ve ever used. Staff are always so friendly, always willing to help in tough situations and when I get frustrated about finding the right tool. Also you always get free stuff when ordering which is always a nice extra bonus.!!
usually i dont leave negative feedback , received parcel unopened box, sealed ( when i opened) there was less what i paid, MISSING ITEMS. Texted ,3 days gone ,still waiting for reply , live chat doesnt works.

I have been waiting for my parcel for almost a month… it was meant to my a Christmas present, it’s now 14th of January and I still haven’t heard from them.. I have emailed them twice now and their support team is soo bad commission and care for their customers it’s ridiculous.
Haven’t received my parcel or even my MONEY BACK
WONT RECOMMEND AT ALL.
