Unlike most coaching which focuses on behavior change, the Encounter Coaching method focuses on heart change by facilitating personal encounters with Jesus to let Him coach you from the inside out. Although you will eventually experience positive results in behavioral change, this is a byproduct of our primary goal for you – growing in a joy-filled relationship with God.

Join the MetaFormation Encountering Jesus Community and sign up for the next Experience Session. Both of these are free. Within the community you can join the 5-Day Encountering God Challenge, which is also free. If you like the experience, you can purchase a 3-session block of Encounter Coaching sessions from one of our Certified Encounter Coaches for $295 – $395. You can start your Encounter Coach training experience with Module 1: Encounter, which is a 20-week course with a 5-hour per week time commitment. The investment is $1,695 or five monthly payments of $355.

The training is largely delivered online from the convenience of your home or office. Most of your training time is interactive with small class sizes and lots of interaction with like-minded people. The platform we use to provide you courses is user-friendly and easy to navigate on desktop or your mobile phone. Although you can take sessions from anywhere on any device, we recommend a quiet environment with stable internet connection to be able to keep your video on for the duration of the session. We also advise clients to take sessions on their desktop or laptop to ensure a more interactive experience.
