Professor James R. Webb was founder and organizer of basketball at Morgan in 1916.
Football two years, Morgan Academy four years, Morgan College - Track 440-880 - Mile Run - Champion of Howard, Lincoln and Morgan. Coached at Attucks High School, Carbondale, Illinois, won Championship, first year.
Principal of Eastern High School, Crisfield Alumni 1936-43 and President, Eastern Shore Alumni. Financed many needy students to go to College.
Received Awards N.E.A. State of Delaware 1957 -- Achievement Award 1960, Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Vocational Award 1960, Sussex County, Delaware. Retired 1962.
