John Bullock is a 1967 graduate of Morgan State University where he excelled in wrestling. He was CIAA and SAAU champion in 1964 and 1965 and served as captain of the wrestling team in 1966 and 1967. John was on the CIAA Championship teams from 1963-1966 and he remained undefeated from 1964-67.

Bullock was the first African American Baltimore County Wrestling champion in 1963 and was inducted into the Dundalk High School "Hall of Fame" in 1963.

john also has a love of golf where he played on the Morgan Golf Team from 1964-67. He served as Co-Captain of the 1966-67 CIAA Championship Team.

After graduating from Morgan he served in the U.S. Army where he attained the rank of captain in 1969. The lights of his life are: his wife, Charlotte; and his children, John Jr. and MIa, both of whom graduated from Morgan in 2001. His oldest daughter Cherise Rosemond is a graduate of Towson State University.

Bullock taught Mathematics at the Western School of Technology and Environment Science in Baltimore County.

Currently resides in Baltimore, Maryland.
