The Behavior Emergency Assessment and Response Team (BEAR) which will serve as the mechanism for receiving and addressing student concerns about the institution's athletic programs. Using the BEAR team will allow Morgan State University student-athletes to utilize the comprehensive resources provided to all students on campus, while serving as an outlet outside of the athletic department to address concerns and further aligning the department of intercollegiate athletics with the larger University.
